Yes, I think that f2p deserve skill capes because they put in as much effort (in some cases more) as members to reach 99 in a particular skill. However, I doubt that Jagex will ever make them available to f2p.

Good luck on the mining/smithing. I too am going for 99 mining so I know that it takes a long time.

Back on after a good night's sleep, and ready for some mining ;)

Went from level 1-41 mining today so not a bad start.:) However, I still have a VERY long way to go.-.-
