Can't get the helms, 1 Defense. And bracelet of regeneration has a strength bonus of +7

Okay, Now I'm looking to get my Maxed Out possible strength bonus, with my restrictions. Currently Wearing: Helmet - Iron Full Torso - Iron Platebody Shield - Unholy Book of Zamorak Legs - Red Dragonhide Chaps Cape - Obsidian Cape Gloves - Bracelet of Regeneration Boots - Climbing Boots Ring - Berserker Ring Amulet - Amulet of Strength. Is there anything I've forgotten that I should be wielding? I usually use a Dragon Scimitar for a weapon.

Ok thanks guys, Yeah I bought a regen. I know it wouldn't make a huge difference, but something has got to be better than nothing.

Yeah, but for range and mage it never said 40 Defense was a requirement.

This was not a rant, this was ADVICE. And I AM a pure, and I'm also just trying to help, if you don't care, don't post, simple.

In case anyone did not notice, as i didn't, sacred clay armour requires 40 DEFENSE to wear. I just spent however long getting 100k points to be disappointed, just in case anyone didn't know. That's 40 defense.

I'm at stealing creation now, there is nothing to suggest you need defense. MAN I'M KEEN! :D

Is it true that there are NO defense requirements for the new, Sacred Clay Armour? Because if this is true... just the sacred clay platelegs have a better defense rating than full iron.
