In the recipe for disaster quest, I'd like to complete 'Awowogei: A Giant filled snake' so I can use the teleport to Ape Atoll spell. I was wondering if the Recipe For Disaster quests have to be done in order? As I'm a 1 defense pure, I can't start legends quest, which is one of the requirements for a previous RFD miniquest. Is it possible? Thanks.

They are near impossible to hit without a mirror shield which requires 20 defense, I've tried potting and stat restores, to no prevail. Any ideas?

According to Tip.It, I can't find anything that suggests that the slayer helmet requires a defense level to wield. Is this true? Help is much appreciated. :D

I think it's funny that people criticize so severely when, well I mean, It's just a game is it not? Your school sounds like it's a top place to be! If people call you a nerd if you play RuneScape when they play WoW, which is just another online game, just like RuneScape. Seriously, tell a dead-set WoW player and RuneScape hater, that you play RuneScape. Then, when he/she calls you a nerd or a loser etc, say 'At least people who play RuneScape don't dress up as characters for Blizzard conventions.' Talk about a shutdown! Seriously mate, I wouldn't bother at all with those tools, just do whatever you wanna do, that's the decision I made and no-one cares, you'd be surprised how little people care that you play a computer game.

I'm currently training my range and raising my slayer level at the same time. As I seem to get a lot of Lesser Demon tasks, I was wondering where the best place to range them would be? Currently in Karamja Dungeon.

Perhaps, well none-the-less, it's free. And I'm trying to do every quest that in no way needs a defense requirement or gives defense exp. This, is on my list.

The quest guide states that I need to equip a Mirror Shield, which requires 20 Defense. Is this a necessity or is it possible to complete quest without? Tyvm.
