Afraid i have to dissagree with your last statement. While the myerque quests are a bit tedious although fairly easy, they unlock a very useful shortcut through mort myre swamp which makes getting to Barrows, Morton, and Burg De Rott a heck of a lot easier. Legacy of Seergaze gives access to the Ivandis Flail AND the 1 TIME ONLY blood talisman. The Ivandis Flail makes hunting and burning Vyrewatch a little more fun. Within the Light/MEP1/ MEP2 are fairly longish quests but they give access to the Death Alter and also gives a fairly huge chunck of agility ex which in the long run is very helpful.

hmm im honestly debating giving up on the fire cape since i've failed for the 5th time today (been trying since 4:30 am this morn) and 21st time overall...is it really worth it since im failing so much or should i just stick to the cape i have now?

i tried again using a diffrent setup and made it almost to jad before i ran out of p pots. New setup was Guthans helm Glory Guthans Plate Guthans Legs Dragon Boots Barrows Gloves Guthans Spear Defence Cape(t) Archer Ring Invo: 4 pray potions(4) EE Fally Shield 3 Black D'hide top Black d'hide legs Crystal Bow Rest Sharks Made it all the way the double 360 wave before i ran out of prayer.

Ok so that didnt turn out as planned...made it to jad with little to no problem but a sudden spike of lagg caused me to get oblitereated in return

Don't forget your bolts either :thumbsup:, I'm definitely no expert at Jad, but that looks pretty decent to me for a set-up. lol another thing i forgot to list in the equiips lmao...how many do you think ill need to get through the 360's and Jad? is 350 or so enough or should i just make it 500 even? Diamond (e)'s? I took about 300, and used maybe 100-150 getting to Jad (only on 360's, but didn't always switch from broads). There's probably not much harm in brining extra's just to be safe. Okay sounds good, i think i might switch 1 more restore with 1-2k broads just to be safe for the 360's so i dont use up all my diamond(e) bolts on BEFORE i make it to Jad since that was my breaking point last time around when i ran out of bolts and got ko'd xD

no offence but... 1. Obviously you didnt read that i didnt do well with range which is why im using guthans + ee and i dont wanna use range because i cant get the safespotting down and i dont have 100s of millions to spend on getting 1 cape even if it is the best one in the game. 2. I dont have the money to spend on onyx(e) bolts.

Ok so after long debates and trips to GWD, Dk's, KBD, KQ, and CE i've decided to try to get my firecape AGAIN. Now im looking for the best way to do this using guthans and ranging (i tried using only ranging but i cant get it right). Now im not the best pray switcher but i have figured out what pray to use when against jad. All help is appreciated and PLEASE DONT JUST LINK ME TO A GUIDE. EDIT: I only have about 5-6m tops to spend on this.

oddly enough my first raven egg came just after 20 nests but keep in mind i havent got any of the God eggs so i suppose in a ways it was pure luck xD

hmm i tried 3 more times using brews and restores then just for the heck of it tried pray pots and rocktails and failed everytime...i've never left a quest unfinished before but im seriously debating it now because i dont know what to do...

well i did black and mith armor killing(faster kills for faster token IMHO) but the amount you will need is just based on luck. Some people have gotten it in a few kills and took them only 1k tokens to get from bronze to run and some it takes 10k+ tokens so thats completely random.

hmm ok i suppose ill stick with brews to restores but im running low on money because the pots are costing me so much and im a failed money maker lol which was also another reason i was wondering if i should switch up. EDIT: About void, would it be better to use against nomad or should i stick with the setup that mckinsey has?

Ok so im currently at Nomad on the quest and i was wondering would it be better for me to switch out my Sara Brews and Restores for Rocktails and Pray pots? I keep messing up on using the brews because i either forget to restore afterwords or i dont click it fast enough and it doesnt heal me in time. Im using the setup from mckinseys(sp?) guide although i was thinking about trying my void range set instead and im using ruby(e) and diamond(e) bolts.
