you made a lot of good points here and i appreciate that. however there is a few points i would like to make myself. 1. Cannon - yes i know their worth it but i dont like to use them, i tend to forget about it fairly often PLUS im more of a melee person so i want to get all the melee xp out of my slayer tasks as i can and the cannon just takes away from that. 2. Bandos - After looking over the prices and the def bonus' i decided to NOT get bandos until i have like 75m+ as even tho it has a nice str + pray bonus i dont see a point in it alone. 3. Zerker ring - Since i dont play MA and i dont plan to start playing it, The zerker ring will never be imbued and therefor isnt worth the +4 str bonus ( no matter how much anyone argues on this i've made my mind up xD) 4. Fury - simply put...im going to buy this :) 5. Dragon Claws - well even tho they cose like...35m? Im thinking about camping TD's until i either get them as a drop or i can afford to buy them without breaking my bank ( currently have 33m 2m short of claws but that would also break my bank ) 6. Fire Cape - Im going to give this one another go or 2 but i highly doubt ill get it seeing as im horrible at pray switching AND i never seem to make it to Jad (when i do i end up dieing because of the pray switching problem)

i suppose im willing to give it another try although i keep failing on the 2nd to last wave or on jad himself(im horrible at pray switching and tend to get a bad lag spike on wave 63).

Hmm well... Firecape = failed jad 15 times and i dont care much for going back again after losing over 6m in supplies zerker = possible fury = possible tassets = maybe if i can get the money after buying fury + zerker BCP = maybe if i can get the money after fury+zerker+tassets dragon claws= not possible unless i get super rich in a extremely short amount of time.

i dont really use the cannon tbh, i know you can still profit with it but i tend to forget about mind and lose it xD

OOPS xD forgot to mention i have the slayer helm(not full however because i dont ever range or mage my tasks). If i start to sell some of my loot i might be able to get tassets and still have some left over.

Ok so im currently working on 90 attack and 85 + slayer but i need a new setup. Here is a picture of my current setup. i have about 10-15m to change up whatever i need to. I know i need to get a fury but i was working if the +4 str bonus of the zerker ring is worth it or if i should just stick to my warrior ring(not pictured) I would perfer to stick to the torso because at 99 def i dont get hit hard by a lot of my tasks and i use prossy on some tasks.

I dont really mind pc when im doing it with my team as its fairly quick and i do like going to Dk's when i take a break from my everydays things(drags and soon to be TD's)

accident lag which makes me move to the dragon(in melee range) in void which is what im using they are hitting mega hard + add in the dragonfire its causing some major damage to me.

naa im only 80 mage atm, i really want 94(barrage) but i cant afford it on a 28m budget unless i do something extremely tedious like superglass make.

yea most of my time is spent killing the drags, but if i die in the enclave it would take me longer then it would to black dragons( i have 2k raw chickens in my bank from being bored 1 day and i was helping a m8 collect them).

i dont think the god staves have the 10% bonus(at least according to tip.it they dont) plus the void mace stacked with charge and god cape = masive damage. Might i also add i like going to dk's now so i will be using it there to mage rex.

Topic says it all, i like to use the claws of guthix spell at barrows and i was wondering if it's worth it to get my void mace back as pest control isnt really that bad (i have a certain team i go with xD) and the void mace and auto-cast it. Plus the 10% bonus is extremely helpful when used with the mage boost pray(mystic might i believe its called).

I dont like blues because their always packed, the ogre enclave is annoying because its too far from a bank. I perfer to do blacks as they take a little longer to kill, have better drops, and their is always the chance for that visage drop.

i know irons are better in profit but slower in xp, plus i dont have the mage lvl to tele to the ice pleatea which will make banking take forever. Im willing to try it i suppose but ill be ranging as i want to get to 85 so once i get enough money ill be able to get 99 with chins xD

Blue dragons have a 0% chance of dropping a visage, but they would be better. I'd actually go for irons before blacks. They're softer and have better drops. @Mega_vegeta, im after the visage + bones and blues dont drop visage so they are no option. @bladewing, i know irons are better but after the several bad experiences i've had with them i refuse to go back. Plus their mostly packed and i hate world hopping, at my range lvl i dont seem to hit them very often, and mageing is a waste of time and money which i dont have.

haha by the time im done with this i plan to have around 7-8k dragon bones (4.6k to get me to 80 pray) and the rest ill sell off for profit xD

im not sure exactly because i havent been timing it. Not too many tho because ranging these guys is seeming to be a very slow proccess xD

Yea im using my dragon bone count to keep up with my kc for blk drags. So far im up to 3,271 drags over the course of several weeks (been killing dragons off and on so i probably would be higher if i did it constantly). Im just going to keep on although i might start taking breaks to go to TD's every couple of hours and get a few kills there before continuing with dragons.

Yup xD while black drags may be slow their fairly nice xp as well as free pray xp and the rune drops help as well, plus if i get a visage i can either sell it or make it into a shield i've always wanted :thumbup:

hehe thank you both, i've been told several times im insane for wanting to get my range lvls on dragons over something like yaks or chinning. It just seems to me that since i need 4.6k dragon bones for 80 pray and i LOVE killing black dragons i would get my lvls this way :thumbsup:

Ok so currently im ranging black dragons for fun/training and the d bone/rune drops. I was wondering if anyone knew a round and about number for the chance to get a visage off a black dragon? I've killed about 2-3k so far and the bones are adding up and easily paying for ammo. I know that there is better training methods but i enjoy killing black dragons as opposed to powertraining. Please dont suggest i kill irons/steels because i hate METAL drags. If anyone can give me a round and about number for visage drop and around how long it would take me to get 85 range killing drags i would really appreciate it.

Ok i was thinking this setup: Void Range Helm Glory / Stole(for prayer) Void Top Void Bottoms Dragon boots Void Gloves Defence Cape(t) / Ardy cloak 3 Rune c'bow Unholy Book Broad Bolts / Rune bolts Invo: Enhanced Excalibur Darklight Void Melee Helm Dragon Halberd Super Attack (4) Super Strength (4) Range potion (4) 15 Prayer potion (4) Holy Wrench Sapphire Lantern (have 12 extras in my bank as im sure ill end up dieing several times while doing this) 2 Fire Titan Pouches (1 summoned) Titan Scrolls Teleport to House tabs (5 or so maybe?) EDIT: Just got 79 summoning but i was wondering if i should use a titan or not as its multi-cb and with a titan i might run the risk of luring to many demons on me to survive for long.
