well, there are things that you want to keep in your bank space, like arrows, and stuff that you have more than 1, and there are alot of stuff that you store more than one in order to make sure you got enough lol.

i think the bandos plate is still ok when you compare it to badly matched priced dragon plate...

i think it depends, but the most useful i can think of right now is...a law rune or something like that, because you want to be able to tele alot, but for f2p, i think the most useful is lumby ring (3), it's good....

lol! anyways, i think power is better than str ammy because when you're pking with no arm, defense and accuracy are still in play, without accuracy and only luck you will not be able to be consistently taking off hp and you will suffer from it, making you eat more than your opponent, power ammy +1 for prayer and also has defense (duh) but that's something that people miss, when you no arm, you dont take off the power ammy (duh) so you dont take off the defense that it gives!
