-If you're good enough, you won't exactly need a good team, as you can survive without one. -Look for people following each other or people looking like they know each other. Chances are, the group might like playing with each other(...) and they will be pretty good. Try looking at the west part of the guild in F2P, but I really don't know much about P2P.
