^That's all you need? The TI 84 can do all of that. I'm serious. It's a pretty standard graphing calculator here in the states. Look it up on TPB or something. You should find it without much of a problem. I post here because I like posting here.

Isn't there an emulator or something? I know I was able to find one for TI 89. No idea about 100 function calculators.
