One thing I just realised... The new armour we get from the quest essentially looks like Daedric armour from Oblivion. :D Gona be so cool...

Don't quite get the need for MegaBlaziken... It's already massively strong, it's a starter (and notably the only starter so far to be listed amongst the Megas) AND Dream World gives it the speedboost ability which bumped it from OU to Ubers already...

The new armour that you get to infiltrate the Black Knights fortress frankly looks amazing.
And still, wonder when Sara will get the Crown Archival back... Kinda weird seeing him without it, especially after remembering that TWW scene they played a clip of.

Whilst yes, I've been excited for Divination for the past few months, and yes I should have been taking my time with Completionisting in between (sorry Gwyn! But emotional shit etc...), I'm going to be rather disappointed if it is like a Runespan type thing...
Also... Is it just me, or doesn't this whole "Get Guthix' memories from the leaked energy and remember all the cool shit he's done" in total contradiction to the "Remember your purpose... Forget me" that we're supposed to obey. Kinda feel it's an extra kick in the nads for the poor guy, and I rather want to respect his one final dying wish...

If all you're doing is FWB, drop the jealousy; she doesn't owe you anything. If you're in a monogamous relationship, dump her immediately - it's clear she has NO interest in being faithful.
It was an actual monogamous relationship. So aye, it's the latter choice it seems.
Been there done that Ezk. Do what you feel you can handle, just know that continuing the perpetual emotion dance has just as many downs as ups

You're pretty jealous of her affection so I'm kind of surprised you're not freaking out about her wanting to play it fast and loose.
It should hopefully be pretty clear what you should do. You're a strong dude and you know what you want. If you want anything more than a fling at this point, this girl isn't for you. Easier said than done, but I think you should end it. You telling her its over, and why, is an important message that she probably needs to hear and I think you deserve the measure of self respect it could help you find.
When she was chatting with Rob, was she also drunk?
Yeah I think you're perhaps right, it might be better for my own self confidence and respect that I end it instead of just wait for that moment when she wants to...

So... After everything, stuff has kinda flipped the way most of you predicted.
On my birthday I was slightly out of it, and decided to give her a phonecall since she hadn't bothered saying Happy Birthday to me. When I did, I essentially had verbal diarrhea, and essentially told her how I felt about everything - which in hindsight I know is a stupid move... After an hour and a half she had to hang up because her fellow Red Cross person was waiting for her to come back. So I never got to hear her side to it...
Then last night, when Becca was drunk, she hid her relationship status on facebook and with the dutch courage gave her mobile number to a guy she'd been flirting with all night. The latter two bits don't really phase me, but the first part does. I'm not one to get too jealous really, hell, when Kie came and visited and we went out drinking and were in the Kings a guy hit on her and I think she was rather annoyed I didn't care more. I took it as a rather good compliment to my girlfriend and the fact that she wanted to still be with me even with temptation there.
And then she was chatting to our close mate Rob as usual, she said:
"What do you think Ian would say if I suggested not a "relationship" but more just having fun?"
But she's still not entirely 100% about what she wants to do or not do. She feels like she wants to have the freedom to be hit on and not care about consequences of going off with someone and sleeping with them. And she says she still cares for me a lot, and wants to keep me around.
So yeah... I've no idea what to do really, and if I'm honest I'm rather cut up about it. I didn't think it'd end this way frankly, I thought it was solvable. So what do I do? Constrictor, particularly asking you since you said you've been in this situation before, and essentially if we did the "just having fun" concept, which would more than likely result in [bleep]buddies, then we'd have the falling back in and out of love constantly you said.
Then again, all of this was done whilst she was drunk, and I more than likely imagine that I wont hear this off her for a little while, or until she's drunk again...

Is it bad it took me ages to notice the difference between 1 and 2 and 5 and 6? I knew it was there... But the shading differences are that minimal really (5 and 6 took a while, because it's not cape colour, it's trim colour that changes).
Frankly, favourite is #6 as it's the only one with a rather original looking colour scheme...

With regards to the whole "Choosing sides based on lore" thing going on the past few pages... I must admit I've been an extremely naughty Zarosian, and player in general and did the thing that Blutters despises - joining Saradomin because, quite frankly, he has such a high lead on Zamorak, I can't foresee Zammy coming back properly from this.
Whereas in reality, if there was an actual choice really... As a Zarosian, I'd be doing my damnedest in order to strike a critical blow to both Zammy and Sara.
On a side note - Meredith, your horn idea intrigues me... But for whatever reason I can't stop thinking of it being like in the Song of Roland... Y'know, when he blows so hard on the horn his temples implode, his brain turns to mush, and he dies...
Also lore side note - Rereading stuff Azzandara has said about Sliske not wanting Godhood as it would be too much responsibility, is there a chance that Sliske has used the Staff of Arma and siphoned the power of Guthix into it, in order to travel to the Shadow Realm or wherever, to re-boost Zaros' godly powers? Could that be why Guthix didn't bother stopping him, because frankly Zaros could bring balance, peace and order again and he knew this?
And with this whole "Sara could be more powerful than Zaros" - It depends. If Sara did get the entire cache of Elder weapons then perhaps. But Zaros is a "Tier 2" God anyways... And even when impaled by the Staff of Arma could not be felled by Zamorak. Aaaaaand he's the only known God to be able to leave his body on a whim (which essentially made him instantly become Voldemort to me...).
Perhaps what perplexes me most is about how these beings attained Godhood... Zamorak it was being impaled on the Staff of Arma with Zaros and siphoning his power, then also finding the Stone of Jas when he came back for a bit. Sara it's hypothesised that it was because he's had the Elder Crown for 10,000+ years that it's changed him and given him Godhood. Guthix siphoned the power of Skargaroth. Armadyl had the Elder Staff so could well have gained another God's powers.
Bandos is thought to be inherantly Godly anyways. As in he's always had it, like Zaros seems to have too... And Seren is inferred to be the divine part of the Anima Mundi and arrived at Guthix invite.
So essentially that preamble leads me to ask - Is Sara really more powerful than Zaros in any way? Except if he were to locate the Elder Weapons? Depending if Sliske didn't imbue Zaros with Guthix power, and give him the Staff of Arma?

So, Zamorak hit the gym to get a nice washboard stomach and the dress to compliment it and Saradomin decided to not be a blue hippy went for a trim and a fancier suit.

Zammy does look hench, especially with his like 8 pack... But I swear, if that dress came off we'd more than likely find he's been missing leg days.

I will personally go and murder any JMod that even so much as brain farts that thought. What Ramsay Snow is doing to Theon Greyjoy in GoT will be NOTHING compared to what I'd inflict on that JMod.
Then again... Could be a boost towards getting me back there for Comp Cape.

As for the Battle of Lumbridge, the opening cutscene was neat...and then I saw they're just standing their shooting laser beams out of their frikin heads hands. Even if they were doing that for a week, that's pretty...weird. A battle of fierce deities and they're depending on humans to recharge their powercells, just staring longingly at each other over power beams in the meantime... Even on the battlefield, it doesn't really feel like a battle. The presence of two gods, large enough to be seen from almost the other end of Misthalin, and we've still got people in Ardougne calmly pilfering sweets from the stalls. >__>
See it's this that doesn't fill me with the greatest of hope for the appearance of Zaros... I want so much for there to be the titanic struggle you'd expect from Zaros kicking the absolute daylights out of Zamorak. I have it in my head that like Zaros will throw him and destroy areas and such, or take it to the wildy and just battle it out there. But thinking of what you just said just makes me think:
"Zammy will try shooting him, Zaros will just use his emptiness to avoid it and they'll sit and wait for a week".
The other thing that annoys me is where are the Zamorakian Mahjarrat or even K'ril (and for Sara - Zil)? Surely out of all of the people they'd be there first... The leaders/generals/inner circle. Their buddy/deity that they worship utterly has just awoken, they can FEEL his power, yet they're more than likely all still chilling plotting how to get their own personal enemies - insert Enakhra and Akthanakos/Zilyana and K'ril etc. There's none of the immediacy, the gravity of situation that there was with TWW, with Mahjarrat and GWD general alike rushing to the battlefield in order to speak/defeat/imprison Guthix.

My theory is that if the Gods do change about each week, then we may be able to get a Zaros Vs. Zammy situation on the battlefield...
Which would be what the Zarosians are waiting for.
Which is why I joined Zammy, so that if he wins and Zaros comes into the ring then we'll get a beautiful right hook straight into Zammy's face.
One thing I'm annoyed with is having no proper choice. We went through the God Emmisary stuff for what? Any true Zarosian would just let Zammy and Sara duke it out and wait a bit really - C.F. TWW.
But anyways Drazzandara! You turncoat! I will be searching for you on the battlefield my Mahjarraty friend! How dare you betray our Lord by siding with his enemy!

So! I tried logging in :D Was a fun and interesting experience... Admittedly I've spent most of my time reporting bugs and glitches and such, but still...
All my what at how sensitive the camera is, I press the button ever so slightly and ZOOM off I go in almost complete 180 degrees haha. Still fun.
Clicking where you want to go wont take you there... I clicked on Kara soon as I logged in... I ended up in the middle of the battlefield next to the middle vortexy thing.
Minimising the ability bar lets you chat without pressing enter for 5 mins... Then when you do something or open another interface that "Press Enter to Chat" comes back... And wait... What... Where is my ability bar? I'm actually serious I have lost that thing... I admit I never use it cept for skilling (dropping stuff), but to lose it toally as I wana minimise it... It's taken my health, prayer summoning stuff too :(
Bank is waaaaaaaaay too transparent... And after using my bank I then could not talk... AT ALL. Pressing Enter did nothing, and then exiting to lobby was glitched. So I had to totally restart the client.
And then the most brilliant thing for me... I, like everyone else, want to play the content. Only... I want to join Saradomin... I've now tried 10 times in total in order to join Sara, attempting many different routes and ways in order to get there. Every single time I'll either get teleported elsewhere on the battlefield soon as I'm at the camp, or I'll get kicked out of the camp or whatever. I was even told I was a Zamorakian on my 8th go!
But... Apart from all of that above, I love sitting in the lobby... Not just because it's practically unplayable for me atm, but the Orchestral scores are just magnificent. Whilst, sure, it's not a philharmonic orchestra, or Two Steps From Hell or anything it's still a LOT better than I expected.
I'm excited for the Sixth Age... But... I guess they had to make the ride into being able to play it as bumpy as the ride the player will have with the Gods and such!
Oh and I lulz'd at the fact that when you click "All Chat" you still have to click the parts you want to have on... I'd have thought that "All Chat" indicates that it would all switch on immediately... Still... That's the easiest bug to sort ;)

So... I don't even know what these ranks and tables are etc... But this is the world event table... Set to all. Apparently only 3 people are doing really well for Sara - with our own Tip.It God being the best at Sara... Inb4 he gets staff of Armadyl and Sara forgets how to Godmode...
Everyone else on the Zammy side I don't even know!

#7 and 9 are very disappointing :(
#11 is worrying as we're now apparently 3 weeks away from the release of Divination... Or thereabouts... Surely they'd already have the idea in place for what they wanted the cape to be like... They're not giving themselves much time. Then again, it's ~2 months late as it will be since they promised at the start of the year it would be out in the first half of 2013.
But anyways, with regards to Slayer "tower" you learn it's actually a proper castle from the Ghostly Robes miniquest.
What intrigues me, is that it's a Zarosian location - as emphasised by the symbol over the door elsewhere in there... Whilst it's in an area that I think is currently Zamorakian in support and nature... Annnnnd, the southwest tower is being blown to pieces by a purple looking energy. Will this be an effect of the Battle of Lumbridge where Zaros is gaining power and is starting to break through sporadically into the world? Or is Zaros showing his power is growing by destroying areas where the "False God" has influence as revenge? *Thinks back to statue of Zamorak cracking too at the end of a quest...*.
Or did I miss something and we already know of what the fate of the tower/castle is?

It's an interesting debate that you two had going on really... But still... I think Mr. Sarcy is right.
Using the first example that popped into my head - prostitution: They sell their bodies/sexual expertise for real life money.
Runescape twist on it: A RSer says they'll sleep with you if you give them X RSGP. So they're sell their bodies/sexual expertise for RSGP.
It is the real world sale of services for RSGP.
Now whilst a shoutout on a youtube video is virtually pointless in most respects except by very big channels or YT "stars" (think RWJ, Smosh etc) if they say "I'll give you 2 mins of Efame amongst the RS community by giving you a shoutout if you give me some RSGP" - then, of course, it IS exactly the same as the above example and it is against the rules.
But yeah, as Fallstar said, who know's when they bother enforcing it, hell SoF and the like is almost selling vast amounts of GP/XP itself.
