I'm going to do Observatory Quest, Defender of Varrock, In Pyre Need, and Royle Trouble to have access to barrows gloves does any one have any tips on those quest and fighting the culimancer and the other people? After that i plan on using Neit, Salve(e), Abby Whip, Bandos top and bottom, barrows gloves, dragon boots, rune defender, wealth and cooking cape(t) is there a better setup to use and i will also be using piety. And also should i train controlled?Attack, or get a ss and train strength? Thanks in advance for help and any advice is helpful.

Id realy rather not get all of the requirements again on this file and i will get 99 range eventually.

Yes but he wants no chance to hit a 1 and there is still a small chance but it probably won't matter.

I don't think you can always hit a zero because your attack can't go lower then 0 and wouldn't sw be better for training slayer?
