  1. I think the general consensus is that F2P is still as lame as it always was... hmm. I was a member for probably a year and a half or so, then I just kind of quit. Maybe the answer is to sign back up for members, at least I had fun there :P
  2. Hey guys... wow it's been a while since I was here. Feels like it anyways. Well, I have a question for the Tip.it community: I want to play again, but I don't know what to do (I'm F2P, former member, and don't necessarily want to buy mems again). My stats are all pretty decent... 84 woodcutting is my highest, but I'd rather raise something else. So what should I train/do? I have 8.4mil cash, and almost no items, I sold them all when I quit a while ago. 70+ att/str/def and 70 something magic. Feel free to look up the rest of the stats, I was ranked in all of them when I stopped playing I think. Anyways - what's fun to train?
  3. ^^Nice N64  This is a good idea (I'd be in a cc like this), but what happens when you get people who leave/log out? I'd recommend getting about 30 or so, that way you're guaranteed to have a game (since you need 20 people after all to even start). Just a thought.

  6. I don't think this will ever go away, no matter how you look at it, at some point in time there has always been some sort of scam or another within the game. Recently, it's gotten harder to do, but just look at 26k-ing and merch clans. That's where the money is, but both of those options abuse the system and will eventually go away. I seriously have faith that there will be some new option for anyone looking to manipulate others in the future, it's just the way the game is.
  7. To the haters: it's their fault for introducing a flawed system and NOT making it against the rules. That's why 26k trick and merchant clans will be around until Jagex fixes the game. Anyways, all you have to do is find a partner of a similar level to you and go to a PVP or Bounty Hunter world. Then, you take turns killing each other in a hot zone (go to the pvp guide to learn what those are). The one getting killed should take out 26,003 gp (they RISK 26k of wealth), and the one killing has to have a weapon and at least 75k of risked wealth. Note that any of the risked items cannot be noted, it's best to just use cash. To gain EP (earning potential), take 75k of risked value and go to any pvp world. There, you have to sit and wait for 30 minutes until you gain 25% EP (btw, the ep value is shown in the bottom right of your screen). However, you have to be skulled for your ep to rise any higher, but that's another part of the story. You'll figure it out if you just go in and find someone who knows how it works, and soon enough, you'll be getting awesome drops like I just did (Saradomin Statuette -500k \ )
  8. I dont think it matter what you do, your name can probably KO people by itself
  9. Thanks king, I'll check them out. Anyone else have any ideas? Keeping my options open :)
  10. Anyone know of a large PC clan that has 90+ level members? I need about 300 more points, and it's going way too slow with just the normal lander, so anyone have a good idea?
  11. This forum is for asking for help and offering help, why not? ----------------- How about these two? -Goldmerch -2 lum
  12. ^^ That'd be your answer I guess - they only count the 30 minutes during the time you wield it, after you've wielded it for that time though, they disintegrate.
  13. So I did some math, assuming that the FM levels before 45 or 30 were cut and burned by me for free... Yew logs from 60-99 [WC]: 72,919 Yew log price: 490 GP Made: 35,730,310 ----------------- Yew logs from 60-99 [FM]: 63,016 Yew log price: 490 Cost: 30,877,840 Remaining GP: 4,852,470 Maple logs from 45-99: 96,096 Maple log price: 37 Cost: 3,555,552 Remaining GP: 32,174,758 Willow logs from 30-99: 144,679 Willow log price: 18 Cost: 2,604,222 Remaining GP: 33,126,018 Yew Burning Hours [~1,000/hour]: ~63.0 Hours Maple Burning Hours [~1,000/hour]: ~96.1 Hours Willow Burning Hours [~1,000/hour]: ~144.7 Hours Difference (Yew & Maple): 33.1 Hours and 27,322,288 GP Difference (Maple & Willow): 48.6 Hours and 951,330 GP GP/Hour (Yew & Maple): 825,447 GP/hr GP/Hour (Maple & Willow): 19,575 GP/hr So... if I make less than about 20k/hr chopping wood, then I should burn Willows [which is ridiculous]. Also, if I make less than 825k/hr, I should burn Maples [which is true for me]. Case in point - good insight mmmcannibalism ;)
  14. Hey all, I'm asking about what you think I should do with the yew logs I'm cutting now. I plan on getting 99 Woodcutting, which will leave me with two options: Sell the logs to buy runes for Magic (I'm not sure what to use to level up, currently have 25 Mage) or... Burn the some of the logs for 99 Firemaking (after I get up to 60 using other logs that is) Thanks for your input :D [info]
  15. Quick question - what spiders are you talking about? Deadly reds?
