How do you get there after you have done the Dragon Slayer Quest? I've been back to 'my boat' and I can't board it because Klarense says it's his! I need to go and dig my Clue Scroll on there and can't get there! Can anyone help? Thanks

I Have lvl 54 Defence & lvl 42 Prayer.. I'm guessing they're not high enough though. Is there anywhere i can train and stand behind a rock or something so the wont hit me :

Lol - I never thought of that! ...I was hoping to maybe gain a few nice drops from monsters though. Am I too low for this yet?
