Can someone advise a good place to train? I have lvl 48 Magic and would like to increase to at least 55.

Depends on your other stats.

 

Theres a nice guide on maging avis, but you'd need a decent prayer or defense level.

I Have lvl 54 Defence & lvl 42 Prayer.. I'm guessing they're not high enough though.
