looks like a ddos. Except that he spawns in edge bank? hmm...... You can change where you Spawns after you finish the Nomad's Quest. And in a pvp world you will spawn in Edgville cause you can't spawn in SW. I don't do pvp much anymore, but don't you spawn just outside the bank, not standing in the bank booth? Not in PvP, you Spawn inside the bank because it's "save". And where you appear inside the bank can be random, and he did say "2 minutes later..." so maybe he went to bank first.
