The fact is he has been president for 2 months and certain groups are already saying he is the worst president, that he's communist. Before he took the oath people questioned his citizen-ship, some still question it. Then while reciting the oath, Justice john roberts mispoke, obama knew the oath and took the chance to correct him. Conservatives said he isn't their president and he had to redo the oath twice. I think that you campaigned for mccain, someone who didn't vet his vice president at all, who selected a woman who will take womens rights back to the state in the 19th century, someone who complains about ear marks but who doesn't shy from using them, and the person who likes to champion his POW status but would have been discharged after his 4th plane crash if his daddy wasn't an admiral. Think about this, his dad gave him multiple chances the common citizen doesn't get, it was only because he crashed the 7th plane he was a POW. He shouldn't have gotten the chance to fly the 4th plane, let alone the 7th. It can be community service if you are paid for it. When I volunteered for 30 hours at the library in 9th grade, they gave me a gift card to a local book store. I got that gift card and I had no idea it was coming. Right now people get a free ride for college, but nobody complains because it's for their white privildged children. Yet you complain and ask for drug testing for minorities on welfare, and say that welfare is taking my money. Right now we spend more money on social security and medicare than any other form of government spending, I'll never get a social security check but yet I keep paying it. I'm only 22. Go ahead and complain about this act, but studies prove community service actually improves grades. CS actually helps people feel better, plus you get a chance to directly affect those who need help. If you are getting 4 grand in free tuition already I see no reason why you should be against this. There is afterall, no such thing as a free lunch.

Look at you guys you are complaining about not having time and you have characters with thousands of hours put into them. You don't get a picture of an 8 year old girl and not think, someone abused her, because the photo exists is proof. There is literally no victim in the dissemination of this photo to someone she is in a relationship with. Myspace for people her age is considered private communication like a cell phone. I think they DA is trying this because if she isn't charged with it, then anybody found with these photos aren't held accountable. Right now we literally give away thousands of dollars to thousands of students with no expectation of return. Fafsa gives out many scholarships and if you don't file for a scholarship you are considered dumb in any school. I'm excited to see some return on that money through community service. Since you are serving your community it's what it says. Have we really become so jaded as a society that we won't help other, in exchange for a grant? Really how many of you campaigned for your presidential choice, I spent more than 30 hours in the last month sorting door hangers, walking door to door, meeting at rallys phone banking and supporting other campaigners. It felt great. When north carolina wasn't decided for a couple of days in the election I knew I had done my part. At the very least I had helped turn a strong red state into a leaning red state, and at the most we had won it.

There is no reason that marijuana should be criminalized. Right now criminalizing it causes more harm to society than it would if it was legalized. I cannot find the article but recently an MIT professor wrote on how anything pushed to the black market makes it more dangerous than if it's openly traded. The situation you encounter if a sale goes bad is this, you are [bleep]ed. There aren't many safe ways to fix a bad sale, you can't ask the BBB to blacklist that dealer, you can't ask the police to arrest them for stealing your money. Because of driving it to a black market there is a huge crime syndicate formed. Guns are used in major (and to a smaller extent) minor transactions. When is the last time you brought a firearm to a car sale? As it stands, there haven't been any proven long term affects to the physical condition. Short term you experience fatigue, and minor loss of motor coordination. If you can consider the munchies a con that's fine. I think many of you need to find the difference between causation and correlation. Just because pot smokers get depressed doesn't mean it caused it, not all pot smokers are depressed, or get cancer. Do yourself a favor, and look at scientific studies if you have access to different journals, and read up on erowid it can be a bit biased but they do their best to present science, while explaining it on a layman's level. For my case, I don't smoke weed or do other drugs. It's illegal, and since I get drug tested for work I would get caught. I do drink since it's illegal, and for those of you who argue that it would interfere with your work it'd be simple to create a policy like every other employer where they don't allow intermingling of drugs and work. Now that I've gotten myself about a mil in stuff after those great suggestions I'm trying all these skills that weren't around when I quit. I've already gotten 25 hunter and 18 summoning. But other than doing the starting stuff (276 gold charms given and hunting birds in jungle), I'm a little lost. I'd like to get 50 in both of those skills by the end of the month which isn't an unreal goal but I don't know the progression. I've always cared more about skils than money, so the sequence for getting to 50 would be awesome if it incorporated other skills. I know that I need to collect charms for summoning, but what is the fastest way to get those charms? I guess I could train my summoning until I have a thousand or so but then what type of charms should I collect and what should I craft? For hunter how long should I snare the blue birds before I move onto another type of hunting/ or another type of bird? What's the money requirement to get to 50 summoning if I buy the secondary ingredient. I'm also interested in getting 65 prayer, I have 46 now which is good since I've read that for every xp I get I lose 6.43 gp. I could do prayer potions and make 4.4 thousand. In the end I'd lose 2.4mil gp. That isn't much, but I've heard farming your own herbs is a good way to recoup that loss. I'd need to get 12 more farming levels but I guess that it's easy to get to 32 farming. When that happens how much ranarr do you get for each harvest you have? How many seeds can you plant at once and whats a good way to maximize the production? I guess planting them at different farms (how many farms?) then jump over to slayer so I can collect charms and get slayer xp or do hunter, then farm it for a little while. I hope this makes sense and I'd appreciate it if you tried to use as little acronyms as possible, I'm out of touch with the short hand runescape speak.

when I'm doing any walking it's blippy. Like it's lagging. I have a great connection, and the computer hardware is good. Every now and then I'll be doing something in firefox I come back and my java application has crashed. I check the bottom corner and the little icon that says it's active is gone. I've tried updating java, checked firefox for that error reporting but nothing is working. I've even tried only using IE and it still messes up. Damn this is stupid.

Well it's not technically hacked, as there were multiple people stealing it. My "friend" kept taking it without knowing. He lives in another country so its not like I let him into my house or use my account. I didn't give it to him illegally, I just said [bleep] it, not worth the worry of playing this game. As he didn't need my permission to play on it, it was literlaly his to do with. I originally contacted him to see he still plays, and I could get access back. Since he would always [bleep] me over by taking it. Now you could say I was trying to hand it over to my brother illegally, but I never did give it to him. And it's mine now. I haven't done anything illegal since jagex is not the law, nor do I live in europe. I really don't feel sympathy for [developmentally delayed]s either, I'll try and help them like I just did in your case. But damn it's not my fault your mother was a crack wriddled [bleep] who didn't want to get an abortion because her daddy said no.

Basically I lost my account, didn't play for four years. Come back with like 15k in assets. This is what I have to work with, Whats the quickest way to make 500k with that? And why the hell is it so blippy when I'm walking around. I think I'm on server 4 and it's not a smooth motion but I can play games like tf2 or l4d with no gamerate glitching at all.

Well I used to be a regular here. Back in simpler times, I had easy classes in middle school my biggest runescape worry was trying to kill that damned dragon so I could wear a plate. Now I've grown up in a sense. I started playing this game in my 8th year of primary school. Right around march of 2001. I played the game way too much for my health, but I was really terrible at it. Eventually I joined a corp called the renegades. It was really cool, I worked my way up it. I eventually got the position of banker and I managed one of the bank accounts. not even 2 weeks later the entire website was torn down and the bank account was wiped clean. It was around then I started to get suspicious. You see I was kicked from the clan. From that clan I had made a couple of friends, one of which I remember being billabong. The powerhouse of leveling. I'd be sitting around talking trash and here he is working his way up. The clan had assumed it was me that messed up their entire operations. I'd think the same since whomever did it made sure to sign the work as my name. Sadly I maintained my innocence because up until even now I don't know anything about programming, or completely deleting websites. I mean sure I could buy up a domain name that has expired but I don't know what they implied, and I sure as hell didn't steal stuff in the bank. Well over the next couple of years my in game account armagedon46 was continually "hacked" I say this because somehow the person would get my password through fishing or various means. From that I lose multiple rare drops back when they weren't worth much, oh well it's just a game. Finally I find out who stole the account, his real name is kyle noble some punk [wagon] kid who friended me on facebook. I eventually let him keep it since it gave me a reason to quit and I went onto the real world. Over 4 years of me playing this game I've probably invested multiple thousands of hours. I was going to free myself. So it was all well and good, eventually I added kyle noble to my facebook through my hotmail contact list. I saw he was online, I decided to ask him about it. He stated that the game is no longer part of his time. That he has many more obligations. I just let it slip out of my mind, college is way more important than worrying about a java game. Then my brother starts playing the game. I doubt you know him; he never goes to tip.it. But he has a character named cheese422. I try and get him to stop playing it, and cut it in the bud but it doesn't end up working. Now he plays as much as I did, I'd assume it's in the genes. Whatever, I get the bright Idea to find my old account and give it to him. There is no easier way to get someone to quit than make them go from a 40-41 level to a 90-91 level. "You mean I gotta get over 200 thousand experience??" I message kyle, and of course he doesn't have access, he doesn't play the game. Whatever. Well I try and do account recover and these are questions that he knows, it references his favorite activities and you know what. [bleep] this guy. I try to account reverse so I can get access, doesn't go through, I try to account reverse 4 more times. Each time giving more and more information. My first passwords, my first friends, the ip address of where I accessed the game first. The only thing I didn't know was what credit card the guy who stole it used, and what was the verification code. Oh boy how do I figure that out. Well, you don't. So a year goes by, I had someone bring up runescape in another discussion. So I decided to get my account back. Thankfully it went through, but look I have jack [cabbage] on the account. Maybe 300 lobsters a couple of raw shark, and some lobster pots. So this is what I have to work with, what the hell can I do to get me a set of full rune?
