Ok, I thought I would never see this movie because I thought it was gay, but it was not at all :o , but real good, then sad at the end. I think this movie was based on a true event, which makes it even more sad =(. I don't want to spoil the end, but if anyone wants to know what its about I will type a summary of it(then hide it) below. So if anyone saw it what was your thoughts about the movie? I give the movie two thumbs up :thumbsup:. It was almost completely clean of any vulgar actions/words and still maintained great comedy, so basicly it was a great family movie.

Despite this, it is also worth noting that the people who complain about whip drops being nerfed to 1 in 1000 or whatever are not correct either. The whip drop rate has always been, and still is, about 1/450. Other more common drops are rune med helms, rune chains, half keys, and level 3 clues. Charm drop percentages- Gold: 11% Green: 6% Crimson: 30% Blue: 1% Summoning to Slayer xp: 0.76 to 0.99 The Alternate Abyss (fairy ring code ALR) is is faster to get to than the Slayer Tower if you don't have a Slayer Ring. If you use it, kill the 2 abyssal demons on the northwest side of the closest wall/rock to the fairy ring. The demons in the Slayer Tower are closer together, which makes it easier to get a good kill rate. However, you can match the Slayer Tower rates in the Alternate Abyss if you are very good at minimizing the time you spend not attacking. This includes the strategy where you move two squares towards the spawn of the other demon in between hits of the one you are attacking. I have achieved up to 173 kills per hour in both locations under ideal conditions, but you are more likely to find those ideal conditions in the Alternate Abyss.[/hide] Dark beast: [hide=]L. Dark Beasts Amount assigned: Duradel, 130-199 Hitpoints: 220 (they actually give 225.4 slayer xp each though) Locations: Under West Ardougne Dark Beasts occasionally drop rune full helms, rune kites, half keys, death talismans, and sometimes a dark bow. Approximate charm drop percentages- Gold: 8% Green: 5% Crimson: 7% Blue: 13% Summoning to Slayer xp: 0.44 to 0.65 You should melee and cannon these using Protect from Melee. To get to the Dark Beasts, use an Ardougne teleport tablet, run to West Ardougne, enter the the Mourners' Headquarters by wearing full Mourner's, and use a New Key to unlock the door. The best spot to kill Dark Beasts that I've found is to go to the near (northeast) room and set up your cannon 3 squares east and 2 squares north of the rocks in the southwest part of the room. Then stand 1 square northeast of the cannon base. Only move if you have to- either to pick up drops every 1 to 2 minutes, or if a Dark Beast happens to mage you (which rarely happens in this spot). If another player is there, I'd suggest just setting up your cannon anywhere else and standing 1 square northeast of the base. Pray either Superhuman Strength or Piety, and Protect from Melee. The suggested equipment is the normal melee equipment with a Proselyte plate and legs. Suggested inventory- Dragon dagger(p++) or Saradomin godsword Holy wrench A teleport Cannon and Cannonballs New key (look in the desk in the Mourners' HQ if you need one) Full Mourners 3-4 super attacks or Zamorak brews 3-4 super strength pots 13-22 prayer pots As you can see you will probably have to do multiple trips to complete the task. Personally I used to take 1 Zamorak brew, 1 super strength, and 6 prayer pots, and a Spirit Terrorbird with the same, and kill about 120 Dark Beasts per trip (with maxed stats and Piety). With a War Tortoise downgrading to a Spirit Terrorbird later I could do 180, and now I just use a Pack Yak downgrading to a Spirit Terrorbird for 200. Optionally, you can also do the Jade Vine while going to Dark Beasts tasks, since you run right by it. Every other time, you will simply need to check its health; no items required. The other times, you will have to fight it. Bring a dragon axe, secateurs, a seed dibber, a dose of superantipoison, and a couple extra food items. You get 2.5k slayer xp for killing it. It also should be noted that if you die at the Dark Beasts, you will lose your Mourner's, so you may be unable to get back the way you came. Unless you feel confident about using the death altar entrance, I'd suggest you get an additional set of Mourner's. Simply kill one of the level 108 Mourners in the Mourners HQ and it will drop all 6 pieces of the Mourner's set. I'm glad that I got an extra set because it happened that I needed it once With maxed stats, the cannon spot, and completing the task in one trip, the Superhuman Strength method gives about 145 kills (about 32.6k slayer xp) per hour, and Piety method gives about 160 kills (about 36k slayer xp) per hour. I estimate the drop rate of a Dark Bow to be between 1/350 and 1/400.[/hide] By: zarfot If these posts do not satisfy him I guess I will have to keep working on my drop. sorry I can't pick the number I kill, the slayer master dose it for me :( I can say the same with Dragon legs when I got them on my 8th kill back when they were 2.5mil.(iron dragon task) As you would say, you didn't kill enough abyssal demons, go kill some more then we will talk, and your logs are a mess, and can be misleading. make a log more like this: 1st (kill): "drop" 2nd (kill): "drop 3rd (kill): "drop" 4th (kill): "drop" 5th (kill): "drop" 6th (kill): "drop"....etc. The way you do it is a pain in the eyes and un-organized.

Ok I will kill 1,000 dark beast and abyssal demons but I'll forget cave slime for now, Abyssal demons will do fine to prove that they make more money then dark beast. Just to let you know cave slime are 73 slayer levels lower then dark beast they should be less profitable. In the short run though they are not In the time it took him to kill 1,600 dark beasts he made 3.4mil. In the time it took me to kill 145 Abyssal demons made 3.2mil. I wonder what I will make at 1600 abyssal demons? Oh and lol, I didn't pick my best task, I picked the task I'm on atm LMAO, Still on it too. I got two whips on alot of other task, three whips once. Edit: done with the task now, made 3.3mil, 56 crimson charms, and still got a clue to do.

This is what I wouldn't call statistical evidence. I said spiritual wars= spiritual warroris.....not mages, if you want to go look at drops go look on tip.its bestiary .Cave slime make profit, on the Cave slime vs. dark post you can see that, even if they did make less then dark beast they still are porfitable. Since you are not going to do one of the two options I gave you, I will not remove my post about cave slime and dark beast. As for the abyssal demons I just had 173 as a task and noted the drops just for you ;) Note that I only killed 145/173 of my task so far. Also I only used 2 super sets and 4 bunyips. Demons drop 60 noted pure essence and drop more runes and those over time can add up. Price of whip: 1.5mil (100k more and its worth two bow drops) Price of bow: 800k I do agree with making the zeal lower, but dark beast drop less alchable items then spiritual wars and dust devils. I don't consider rune alchable for me since I sell it on the g.e. (except rune chain). I will reconsider my cave slime vs. dark beast post under one of two conditions: 1) You post a trip of your 100 kills at dark beast and 100 kills at cave slime and see which one makes you more money. (Must have pictures, as do I) Or 2)Although you killed 1600 dark beast you killed no cave slime, so if you really want to prove me wrong kill 1600 cave slime.

Brunokiller, sicne you think dark beast drop dark bow alot, tell me about these ideas: Give Dark beast clues Give them better alching items and/or noted ranarrs. In pvp Dark bow only drops if the person you killed had one or you have 90 slayer.-----(Only dark bow suggestion I make, and it lowers the chance of dark bow drop in pvp) Slayer ring teleport option for the slayer ring (with 90 slayer and mep2 started). Dark beast head for p.o.h and maybe for a pet. Make them drop bigger bones (Didn't talk about this). Have Dark beast drop seeds--- credit to Sworddude198 Instead of one charm a drop make it two---credit to Sworddude198 Besides that I make no suggetion about "Dark bow" except for the pvp idea. All of these ideas are on the 1st page 1st post and it seems that you have gave no feedback on these ideas.

I won't even conserder your words, sicne your not 90 slayer (unless you ahve a 3rd account ).Also mages are 100% profit, no idiot needs a log to see that......you can camp there and there and get about 5+ d boots a trip.Its been proved that dragon boots drop in about 1/80 kills give or take some. If my statistics are so made up why use them against me lol?hypocritic? The 26k was in 100 kills.(loged them) The 3mil lose was in 4k kills which I did not log(of course this my be off) .This was over the course of a few months. So you can't multiply the 26k by 40, becasue your guessing that I will get the same items each trip(that would be amzing to get the same items ever time?). I know for a fact I have only gotten one dark bow over this time. The "big point" is I have 90 slayer, and I can kill dark beast and make "very little", break even", or "lose some" , but on the other hand I can go kill abyssal demons/spiritual mages, and make pure profit (100%+), with 5 or 7 lower slayer levels then dark beast. Can you answer this one question: Why is it fair that a level 90 slayer monster be less profit then that of a level 85/83 slayer monster?

Thats how much I lost(-26k) in 100 kills not 170, I spent 100k to kill 100! so your way off, read next time.(I got a dark bow when it was worth about 750k) The last few post are spam, post if you support and your ideas or if you don't and why(nothing more). =/ I did't get a dark bow in abot 1,000 kills, and I speant a good 3mil with one bow in return. I killed Some when i first got 90 slayer, about 1,000 or more, then some for blue charms.Belive me I killed 4,000.

The fact is I killed 4,000 dark beast, a lot on slayer task and some when I first got 90 slayer, I level up to 94 slayer soon (16k xp to go), and still have only got 1 dark bow drop ever. I have meet other players in-game and on forums with the same luck as me Also what sword was saying is they should drop no lower then ranarrr, read more carefully.

I love the idea of a Draconic Spirit Shield and Infernal Spirit Shield, and also the price you would pay for these shields would be worth it, I don't think they would be overpowered at all. Also, I might try to make some concept art, not sure how good I will do lol :? .

That is very true, dark boots would make dragon boots worthless(one reason I reconsidered that idea).I like the idea about seeds, they are stackable at that =). I will put that on Suggestions and give you credit for the idea. Also, I think It is sad that they drop black items, alot of other slayer monsters drop better stuff like addy items and mithril.(kurask, spiritual warriors, nechryael, and so on) I would like to see more charms, the blues are good, but they drop a little less of the other three. If jagex made two charms a drop that would satisfy me a lot (the money I spent on dark beast would get sum. up a lot faster).

I do agree with you about d boots they are a lot of profit, more then abyssals for the most part. I'm fine with dark beast except that I want to be reimbursed for my ranarrs/pray potion, since it is a 90 slayer monster (Just about 20 a trip). If you got reimbursed ranarrs, then dark bows would always make profit and not just break you even(you get reimbursed at aberrant specters in a similar way). At one point I wanted dark beast to drop "Dark boots"(barrow boots), that would make a good profit. I would think an item like that would be about 2mil on average. Not so sure about this idea now :? . Also, clues are one of the best things about slayer for me, I love to do them :D, thats what I want for the dark beast the most right now. P.s: I was being sarcastic about switching the drops for abyssal demons and dark beast to get my point across.

I'm glad to hear someone agrees with the clue drop. Also, since what you say about the dark beast and abyssal demons are true, why not switch the drops (dark beast drop whip, and whip drop dark bow). Jagex could even change the gfx on both to match the monster that drops them, they seem to have no major updates anyways, this would give them some work. The only thing an update like this would achieve is make abyssal demons less profit, but still a lot of profit, and make dark beast more profit like it should be. P.s: The numbers are low, I agree, but I stated that I might kill more later, after I have time (first I want to get my goals done 99 slayer, 99 sum. etc.)

Hi, I'm back from vaction. Thank you romy for your post, they have great points. I knew dark beast did not drop clues, even when I was 30 slayer, since I read about all slayer monsters then. I get slayer up for the cape, so I will get it up no matter what. I still think dark beast should be updated though since jagex aim toward slayer is for profit.
