you can also use the ring of dueling to teleport to fist of guthix games necklaces do work but only to clan wars and bounty hunter (both safe areas) obelisks work also but i can think of no better way of getting killed than using them as you can go to level 50 wilderness where a level 138 is waiting it shoud be added though while i have gotten 500k many times from a target 1 iteming i think it maters anyways edit:well maybe it only matters a bit but to make it so that it doesn't apply woud be weird unusefull and not the type of update jagex likes or woud be interested to make
