Its a great skill when you want a break from the grinding. You have to do so many things to plant and harvest any sort of crop/herb/tree. Also, a real moneymaker at just lvl 32 - cant ask for better than that. My farming is pretty low but I still love the skill.

With those stats, I would do hillgiants above observatory for big bone drops. Only lvl 28 so you should be fine. Castle Wars bank is closeby for food if you need. Or else, train slayer in Burthorpe.

Not too close to alters but in P2P, the hillies near the observatory are close to castle wars bank and only lvl 28 so they should be fine. Also, they drop big bones and respawn fast.

Although I havent seen the video yet, I agree - its probably high contrast will less brightness.

Also, if i log off at night with a herb growing and log back in 8-10 hrs later, will that herb die? i dont know about the limpwurts...nut as long as you use super cmpost youherbs shouldnt die very often...i usually leave my herbs for a couple of hours and over night and i have yet to lose a crop of ranarrs since 32 farming *knocks on wood* Haha, sounds good. By the way, im just curious to know - how many herb locations you plant at? Whats the usual profit per day for you? Im assuming with magic secateurs, ud get about 6-7 ranarrs/seed. ummm use 3 patches, cabbage patch, fishing guild, and catherby. i aveage 5-7 herbs without magic secatures or whatever. my profit per day really depnds on how much i do the runs...i coul do 1 run a day or 5 i jsut depends but i make about 30-60k per run in profi off of 3 paches Why not the port aswell its like 3 clicks away and its a free tele there, worth it for another 5 or 6 herbs. Shouldnt take too long, i think ill farm harralanders. And I'll probably keep doing slayer to up my combat. Dont think Itll give me too much money though. I have a good stash in MTK and will up fishing to sharks although I know they are slow. That should bring in decent cash and exp right?

Thanks RayOxide. I guess what I was trying to say is that I will use the Herb Patches, but not necessarily the Allotment Patches beside them. I just find that for the Allotments, a lot of time goes into watering them and such. With supercompost, do you have to check the herbs often for diseases?

Thanks thats a ton of help. Now I guess I just have to raise 3 lvls to 32. You think Ranarrs are good right at 32 or should I wait for a bit - like 35? Farming does sound interesting though.
