I think he is talking about having that information inside the Cooking Guide. At the moment the only Monkfish burning information inside the guide is this.

With the location change to the Summon information tab Jagex also made it so that it is hidden untill the Wolf Whistle quest is completed. For those with kittens/cats it means that you can no longer check their growth and hunger. Might be a good idea to update the Wolf Whistle and Pet Care pages to reflect the change. ;)
