Yes, thats basically how the game is. Its like a tactic game. Could someone please work out a combat system? So far if a zombie comes into the radius of a human they instantly zombify but i'm wondering about killing zombies. I think a weapon could have have something like 50attack (for a shotgun) and a zombie have 50HP but I need to work out range and distance and reloading and getting ammo and such.

I wish I had my computer :'( first I could wikipedia supertyrant and second I could give a longer explination. Ross, I'm going to say yes for now but we need to sort that out slightly. The main gameplay aspect is that some people would play as zombies and crowd people for teh lulz and humans would work out ingenoius survival plans. It would be governed more like the hegemony then an average roleplay for the reason that this is almost like a zombie survival simulator. If you choose to play a supertyrant however I doubt you could beat the power of 100 zombies and also you wouldn't have the fun of crowding. You could play as a human if you want, just an evil human out for his own selfish needs TTANT that would mean that the large zombie hordes would be intellegant a d that would mean there more like humans and with invunrebility it would be a hard battle It would be fine in the concept but it's not like zombie-ey I do want people playing with one or two main characters but instead of 700 zombies vs 5 humans there will be armys of humans aswell.

I meant to stop the zombie biting him. And yes, a codpiece would be good along with some shin pads, the thighs are in the perfect place not to be bitten. The chest will have something strong wrapped around it. But yeh, melons are good for a lot of things.

Y'no whats actully kind of funny, look at the date of the post before the lightsaber and then after. Same difference. And its not that space travel is complex, now everyone is developing quantum destroyers and whatever else and 'strange rock' which somehow magically copys an element... Hex, your idiocy did not help that or the zombie survival thread. It had nothing to do with it at all. The hegemony is not bieng played as frequently and all, the problem started with all the complex space travel.

Right everyone, I think that we should put all our zombie plans to work. Welcome to Zombie's (name in progress) a new zombie RP and strategy game. Now, here is a description of the zombies. Zombies are normal humans which are reanimated by a virus. This virus is spread by direct physical contact and water. So if a zombie bites you, you are infected with the virus. The virus will reanimate you as a zombie in a matter of minutes. You will have no recollection of past events and no conciousness. Your body is only a host to the Zombie within. Zombies can survive lots of toil, they can only be fully killed by destroying there head. Disconnecting there head from there nervous systems means that only there head can move and not there body. They walk at a brisk pace and are quite jerky. [hide] No animals apart from humans can be reanimated. And for the sake of the thread there is a no explination of how the zombies travelled all over the world.[/hide] There is not many humans, there is a lot of zombies. You can either choose to play one human or about one hundred zombies. Now, I need to work out the combat system and this will start. The zombies will try and kill the humans and the humans will try and kill the zombies.

Heya welcome to the tavern. I've noticed that there are not that many forum RPing games there all things like the hegemony. If you want you could start one though, the only active RP at the moment is the arena.

Oh great, thanks Rocco. If a zombie is controled by the brain, for the brain to connect to the rest of the body it requires a nervous system. Otherwise there is no way for the information ("oh dear god, Brains. I simply must follow the smell and then bite it, I will start by moving my right leg forward followed slowly by my left leg") this information needs to go through the nervous system to have any effect on the zombies movements. If not however the zombie can't move. Think about it like this, I behead a zombie. Now because the nervous system stops at the neck there is no connection with the body, therefore the body can't move. But zombies don't feel pain or aren't going to react to what Mater suggested.
