You could've told me you named something after me [/sarcasm] Give it a break, what the [bleep] do you get from keep making snidey comments against. p90's, probably good. not for sniping, they are powerful for a auto but the most useful automatic would be an m2 browning machine. there is no point going on a giant killing spree of zombies, only kill zombies when there in your way. I suggest using a grenade for situations like these, a gun can kill a couple of zombies but a grenade can make a big impact - knocking zombies away if your in a tight situation.

Heres an idea, to actually make a diffrence to a planet you need to stay on it for a certian time. Like real life. Planet colonization is like the old hegemony (on earth) but you have to get at least 51% of the world to own it, otherwise you cannot send out ships or other bonuses. That'll slow 'em down - :thumbsup:

Ross, there can't be a silenced shotgun. A shotgun works by basically breaking the cartridge within the barrel, a silencer would either be ripped apart of defeat the point of a shotgun, firing lots of bullets in the same directions Whoops, you were bieng sarcastic, i'll leave it in the post anyway. - With a zombie apocalypse it wouldn't just be zombies you'd have to worry about, there would also be people you'd have to worry about. First things first, what do people want. Food, Drugs, Medical Drugs, Tobacco, Alchohol and guns. I'd recomend carrying lots of cigs around, if you meet people you can trade these for things you need. These are your currency. People's nature is to survive and your going to have a job getting them not to shoot you if they see you. Be careful of people aswell as zombies. if you plan to go anywhere carry a couple of grenades/dynamite, light kevlar and one handed gun. If you see a large concentration of zombies use the grenade or dyamite to blast them out of the way, this WILL kill a couple but not for long, run through them and shoot anyones that try to get up, be careful. Best place to hide = Prison. Lock the doors to the exersise yard and you'll find there is enough food inside for a long time. if there are prisoners get them out by shooting in the air, shoot any ones that refuse in the head. American prisons will have watchtowers and gun.

Oh, I was hoping the hegemony would restart from present day like the first hegemony :( But, I just hope any system is clear, easy and non time consuming.

Instead of having a confusing system based on what people eat and the growth rate, how about this 'the more people you have the more people are born' so 50 million will equal 0.5 percent pop increase.

Basically the difference will be; that the moderator decides the outcome of things and has a bit more power. For example a battle will be decided by the logic of the moderator, not a 10 page stream of arguments and the same could apply to techs and money. Also, proxy control, what is this? you can't proxy control a country if your a 'mod' the country leader must be willing to do it or there are other ways which could probably happen in 1984 oceania but this is really a bit silly. Could the money system be based on a points system? every million = 1 point, this point can be applied to something.

Isn't that basically what we already do? I've not seen it done, well i've seen archi do something like it but with no system. If a system like this was made clearer to people you would get a loss less arguments about fighting and add a bit more gameplay. Rech, I think we should only be allowed to have humans in a race.

The game died as soon as everyone entered space in my opinion. We all just went tech crazy and I got banned for something.

It's dead because Retech decided to anthrax bomb the world, and Arch for some bizarre reason allowed it. Well, to me thats ok because that is something that is possible and realistic. Oh, he broke the NO WMD rule, just ignore that he did anything because that was a WMD.

I don't really understand whats wrong with the hegemony at the moment? I understand that the futuristic techs may be ruining the game slightly with unrealism but you seemed to be going fine.

How did you unpack it though? I have the dicetool but I simply got a .dmg file, how did you unpack it?
