Doing Farming as Runecrafting/during Slayer. If you wait until after RC, Slayer, Agility and Mining the rest of the time to max will be quicker than 99 Farm.

Thankfully not DEO m8. And yes, like Mish said will get 98 then do 91-99 Runecrafting via Abyss which gets a fair bit of Mining and Agility exp for doing sweet nothing of those skills.
