Hex gave in to demands, his country is set to make a good recovery, Dusty is at war, so is Italy (I think) and everyone is just doing ok now. Also "The Great University of The World" is being built in India, but any challenger is welcome (according to Archi, though I don't want to make competition). Me Retech Grim and Hex are working on it and were splitting the great effect of the building :) Ok I'm gonig to calculate the time I can do it in 25 years solo Hex joined in making it 23 Then Retech joined maknig it 19 Grim joined making it 15. Ok yeah, 15 years.

I was thinking about top donater gets highest say, your trillion will probably make you have a strong opinion in what goes on. Well a third, still thats a lot. If I can get one more in, that makes it split pretty nice into quaters, though if you me and Hex do a trillion each, thats equal say right there and we just hold votes :). It will put us ahead tech wise, as if I remember what I sorted out with Archi, though I dont think it was final, every 7 years on research time deducts 1 year, and if another country in the world is using that tech, we also can deduct even more time off. As it is an international university. But Archi decides what it actually does. *sees Grim post* :D I think that makes it, ready in 15 years, the original plan is met :D, I love team work, ok Grim and Retech get high say, Hex if he can donate more will also get a good say, and so do I, I guess. Great benefit for us all :) and relation bonus ;)

I'm not a war like nation O-o, infact the only real military tech is the sniper bots, and thats for crime as well. Also I need defense. Well I was going to use it for large techs, such as cold fusion. (Thats not one I'm exactly gonig for, just an example) But if you help and donate a trillion, you can knock 4 years off, 2 for joining, 2 for the trillion, that will make it available in only 19 years :D

You do realise, Retech's idea only works for Retech right? I know building it in my place gives me the bonus but I'm offering techs off to people who help, basically if you help, some techs I build (and you will get a say in what I decide to research as your scholars will probably be there too) Also I'll name change to the world instead of India if you think I'd get to much credit.

I'm building it in my city :o, it was an Indian idea ;). We gladly would accept your help, and we feel this could strengthen our relationship, as India is now the most populated country in the world, due to China's downfall, but they might have more people still.

But you joining knocks it down to 23 years :D

It's time to work out what I'm actually doing (I'm constantly changing really :D) Okay IAG = 457,377,000,000 Infrastructure = 50% of budget 228,688,500,000 Research Botnet - 0/5 - Cost: 25 Billion. ARSS - 1/5 - Cost 25 Billion. Deep Earth Mining - 1/20 - Cost 30 Billion Total cost of research - 80 Billion Total left = 148,688,500,000 And now DRUMROLL PLEASE. Introducing the Grand University of India! Total Cost = 3,000,000,000,000 :P Now this should only take 15 years of building, but due to my low budget compared ot its cost, I have decided to start development, I'm going to increase time to 30 years, if thats ok with Archi. I'm thinking after I finish some techs, it will loosen the budget and allow me to increase payment into it, hopefully decreasing times. If anyone thinks about joining this product, and sharing the costs with me, I will gladly share technology with people who do actually join. GUoI = 0/30 :)

At least make the area unuseable! Or nukes ARE op'd even if they're tiny. They can still destroy an entire city :o

Nukes are ok, cause they aren't really that strong, well they are quite devastating but it probably makes the land unuseable and hurts the world, so its a last measure.

Theres keeping people in line, then theres human cruelty.

I don't think that many criminals will go to such extents... Plus if the signal was cut off, wouldn't that be a crime in itself?
