Well a trillion to the uni does nothing, so the only worth of it is putting it into bullet trains and still keeping your seat in the uni? It will only take 2 years off.

Well actually, if anyone did that, I think the nations involved, I.E Mather, Grim, Retech. Would get pissed that it got destroyed, and would consider you an enemy. Also not to mention the amount your own citzens would hate you now that you have killed some of the greatest minds on Earth and have now pushed back research from possible cures for horrible diseases, I mean they wont be to happy either. Basically, destroy it, you'll be considered a tyrant. Also one can rebuild a building, but you can't rebuild salted lands.

Well it is extremely useful, in the long term more beneficial than most things you could probably offer, and this one doesn't even put me at a disadvantage, not in anyway.

Well as the elites are only guarding the nation, they get food like a regular citzen, so I guess yeah, reserves. THe 400k troops will be used, and thus cost food, but they're not elite. So lets leave it at what I did above, it all works out.

Food would only cost if they were out in war? Cause right now they can purchase food like a civilian. Fine if I take down the cost of Mining back down to the original 30. I'll rise the 400k one to 120 Billion, as thats 4X the 100k elite guard, which you said would cost 30 billion. Which it did. Happy? 150 Billion is taken out, so I still have some left to pay for the bullet trains, and people are already donating to that so I don't have to pay a LARGE amount of money.

The 100K elite guard were paid by selling tech. 75 Billion for the entire army + tanks + sniper bots. (Btw tanks aren't THAT expensive, around a million each, as with sniper bots, and there is no way its like 100,000 per troop, for America IRL the average is 27,000 per troop) I'll go check resesarch

The university is practically free for me now, so many donations. I settled on a price for the army earlier, no one argued and I'm not changing it cause someone suddenly disgrees when its almost finished. I'll dig through and find out. Mining was 40 billion. Actually cheaper, but I'll put it up if your going to have a hissy fit.
