Russia also begins construction on simulated terrains, these will be done in large buildings in major cities in Russia, and will match the terrain of countries around the world (in a loosely based way) this is because Ross pointed out to me at school that Russia would be CRAP in other enviroments, so simulating them and training troops on the simulation is the best way I can try get rid of this disadvantage. Ok guys, due to RL issues and me sleeping at Toms today (Ross knows this guy) I will be on only till like 11, 11:30 Max. Russia offers an alliance with all countries bordering. We offer countries bordering Russia, I have already said which ones (Latvia, Estonia, Kazakstan, Abaijistan (Probs spelt that wrong) Into a vassal state pact, which should sound rather appetising to them, as Russia is a large powerful country, with much influence in the current world and a large army. We try push against Romania in the hold for the countries, and I feel these countries should be swaying to the Russian rule as. One, Russia is a large and very influential country, heck they might even join out of fear of us. Two, They are literally on our border, I think any leader knows, if a large country bordering you wants to offer you under its wing, you should take it. Three, we are offering a Vassal state pact, its like they become our servants in a way, but in a loose sense of the term, really they pay a bit to Russia out of their economy, and we supply them with protection (Political and military), technology and just a unification. I feel they should also be swayed as a lot of countries around the world have begun to unify, and as Russia being the most influential around them would be the best option for unifictation. I would say this would take a few years, mayve 2 or 3? I'm not saying all countries I offer will be like omfg lets join, but they would give it a serious thought and probably feel like we offer more than what Romania can offer them. Also Russia asks for a diplomacy with Scandinavia (Mather). Project Umbra is cancelled (I told Ross all about it, with him knowing I can't go through with it) Also Russia begins research into armor that provides good thermal warmth while offering nice protection. It is lined with kevlar but under the armor is a small thermal piece of clothing that has scanners on the body, when the body gets to cold the cloth will heat up with a little heat generator (Its not that big, it will require power though, but we will get recharges from stations located around outposts)

Any objections to the smaller countries around Russia joining Russia as a vassal? As we are a super power, we are offering protection, and as a vassal state, we dont control their militarty, we just get a bit of their money.

The russian ambassador in Japan urges to be taken to the equivelent of the white house in Japan, he would like to see how Japan does politics, maybe to get hints on how to run our own country, cause Russia has just come out of communism. As not everyone replied, I assume I am currently on good terms with everyone except Germany, who I am on neutral terms with, as they did send us some beer. So I begin building embassies and ask every country to take me around to tour the government buildings :D. We ask the smaller countries bordering Russia if they are interested in becoming my vassal (I mean they accept me as a high power, but they still run their own country, I can just ask them to go to war, and stuff but we get part of their money, but they get full protection from us)

Retech, we are hoping for one of my ambassadors to go around with one of your officials, not a tour around your country a such, but just a view into your power, like you would take us around the white house of Japan or the number 10 downing street, or w/e Japan has ><. If you want a Japanese official to do the same in Russia, we oblige. We accept the gift from Germany, and the Embargo is lifted, by the forces arent pulled out. We keep the beer for later, and will use it if Germany come for a little dinner, we also invite every country.

Russia is disgraced by Germany's actions, for such a cold action, with no call for it, and killing a high up official of Russia, we trade embargo Germany. We also strengthen the military guarding the border that is on the side Germany is on.

Russia offers an alliance with every country in the world (by that I mean all of you guys, not all those NPC's) So can all of you respond, if you don't I will just assume you accepted them in We send a team of ambassadors to all countries Oh and to countries like Japan where we have an alliance, we set up a small embassy there, but say Japan cannot be allowed to enter the embassy (sorry) Also, Russia begins a project Project Umbra (It has nothing to do with shadow, I just damn like the name) It's secret of the highest order, and only me and the closest advisors know of its existence There is no set time on how long it will take to complete, as preparations are still underway

We aren't picking sides, so that action isn't allowed We advise both countries to either stop trying to take over the whole of Asia, we also tell Japan that India is one of the largest growing countries, apart from China, and allying with them is probably the best option. We advise India that Japan-India alliance could benefit Asia immensely

You have no reason to embargo Russia, Japan, such an act shouldn't go well with your people after we opened up a nice large alliance As Russia is largely wilderness, we should have timber spare, we also offer some oil in exchange that Japan will also join on a technological advancement, as Japan is like one of the most advanced countries. Russia claims they will stay neutral between India and Japan and have no interest in picking a side, if we're forced to pick sides, then we will sadly have to pull out of our alliances. The merge with Kazakstan should take 1 or 2 years, we aren't annexing them, as they are such a poor country we want them to be a vassal state

Russia agrees with a more economic alliance, they offer uranium (for fuel, as all our nuclear weapons were dismantled, we have a load of it lying around), they hope the Japanese can offer something better than timber Russia offers an alliance with India (Hey I'm being neutral between you too, I'm just being friendly with everyone) Also Russia offers Guinea to become their vassal state (I hope I get this the right way round)

Russia tries to form with Kazakstan, as they are kinda close already, I remember reading they do a lot of trade together
