There's no technology to it, its just a huge building that hosts different projects, it allows it all to be more organized and a place to run experiments without having to rent out other places like scientists would have to do. It also holds more scientists so project time is lowered, it took me 3 years with a 1.5B budget. Still, if I have it, I can upgrade it and give you the improved version of it, without you using any budget. Well I'll send you my blueprints, but its really just a huge building with different quarters with the techs I'm researching, it normally has a small break room for scientists, a few experiment rooms, a few labs, a data room.

My research facility has been completed and has been opened. This reduces all my research by one year, as in the years needed to actually research it is lowered. Why would you spend 5x your budget on a single weapon? 2040b now. And not a single weapon; technology to make that aswell. Seriously, when the [bleep] did you get that? 2 TRILLION is alot especially when your not big, you are also doing two very large techs... That will eat your budget up nicely

But what about when(if we ever) go trans-galactic. To big IMO, it would take like 200 days to get to there, and it would just be... pointless really. I think were just going to expand this place to an extent

In my opinion, the NWO is quite big, infact its uber powerful. For such a tiny game, having a large alliance like this will end the game with intergalactic peace, but you never know something in the future could split it up into smaller states.

What? How do they store the matter? Unless you're actually teleporting the object (Which is impossible) then you are copying it, which is epicly unbalanced Dusty, I think the whole point was that there were still like 1000 people there. Teleporting isn't impossible :S Just we don't know if something alive can be teleported.

I think its near impossible because if you need pinpoint trajectory, your not going to be able to have it on the planets surface cause it moves... Unless you can PERFECTLY calculate it

I begin research on a new gun, called the AA12 Doesnt look like much huh.. Well this bad boy is a rifle shotgun, it fires 350 rounds per minute, and can hold up to 30 rounds in the cartridge (its on of those ring ones) I.E It will Eff you up if you get close to this, its designed mainly for urban combat, so perfect for raiding cities, if the need arises. Not only that, it can also be used to defend ships, well in case people begin to board. Research will take 2 years, its a pretty basic gun, and I will put 1B a year into. That is really giving a lot, cause I already have rifles, and its just a rifle. Research begins now btw

Please explain how it works, I'm not saying you shouldnt have it, but to me it just seems impossible.
