It's like saying you can't use strong lasers, I don't have strong lasers, I don't have a defense against strong lasers. Plus I will be using it mainly on myself unless you guys start seeming like you want to go to war with me.

After 250 years of research (or 200 I can't remember) on brains.. My race is finally able to understand the brain to the full extent. This gun works by messing around with the impulses of the brain and so the target begins to be completely hypnotised. The gun itself isn't that expensive, as the impulse it sends out is extremely weak. I will probably have to work out with Archi if multiple people can be controlled at a time or if there is a limit or if it is one per gun. There is another thing that will surpass this weapon... But that is a secret and it will take 100 (Yes 100) years of research to do. No Rocco my plan would be Hypnotise high ranking officials to spread positive things about my civilisation, so if you ever attack your people are like "But we love the illuminate!"

I do agree with you Rocco, his drone missiles will not be effective as he thinks, just cause on the T.V it shows them doing what they do, doesn't mean it is like this game. Also I have to admit my loyalty gun is plagarised from Supreme Commander 2 But I have downgraded it like a [bleep] compared to what it is like on there. It is long range and can turn a unit in like... A split second. On this I expect that the range is long, but it takes a while to effect targets, and it has to be tuned. And you're right... But those 5 people might be silent... I can tell them to be normal... The chance will be so subtle you wont even know... Then before you notice I have hundreds, thousands of people. Plus it's a defensive weapon and a siege weapon, never really a full on attack weapon. It is so I can make people in ships attacking me to start going on my side.

Mechanical Wizards- Ships are considerably more efficent, allowing them to support more or larger weapons and shields. Pay me? Its my Dream Job!- Ships are practically free to build, maintain and repair. (Still needs resources to be collected). My ships will be cheaper and larger than yours.... And being as the planet I am on is basically chocful of resources.... Also my loyalty gun..... It can sway people into believing what I want to believe... The problem is that they have to be tuned for each race and I think the effect is slow.

Note you have to actually reach my planet... Which is probably no where near yours.... And is in space... Which is my strongest point... It's like taking on an island with a strong navy, you aint landing. Given enough time and a handful, or maybe just one person from your race... And I can start getting your people to fight for me. I admit Mather, your missiles wont be that effective... Firing 1,000 missiles with the quality to actually mess up a hull with moderate shields on... It is just going to cost you TONS.

I will not allow Mather to full prey to an attack cause people don't share his views. The fact that you wont be able to attack him first is also quite comical, cause you're probably really far away, and Mather could also use diplomacy to get NPC's to help him.

A drone is NOT a missile. They're unmanned crafts that are either controlled via a command link or have an automated path. Drone. Missile. But I guess a missile could deploy a load of drones. Also they're expensive, so they SHOULD by rights add a nice boost to the cost of your ship.

Rocco you're mistaken He is talking about drones..... Although drones are actually rather useful if they repair instead of attack. Drones will not that effective in attacking, they carry extremely small weaponry and they're more cannon fodder to distract your guns from his ship.

Well it is easily calculatable, the rate of fire, and we can safely assume each blast will kill a drone and then the accuracy rating of your onboard computers... Plus what is a salvo? If it is what delivers it... Why not just aim for that?

Anti Missile Batteries? Hmm probably a smart option.

Admitedly from Rocco's side, when you share a bond with someone you feel as though you would help them and vice versa. It can work out, but damn it is mostly willpower, not the bond that does it.

I gave you a reason why it wouldn't work.... I'm just saying, the larger the group is, the more organised it needs to be, the more equal people are the harder it is to elect a leader... If you guys split into groups devoted to tasks, and worked as a sort of communism (lol) and I mean communism as in everyone gets paid the same and is equal. Then I see no power problems, but then again it is basically impossible for everyone to remain calm when a panic is going on, you'll need everyone prepared, and as the school is quite prestigious, I'll bet there'll be the sort of people who seem smart and talk big but when it comes to work their reaction is "This work is for stupid people! I wont do it!" Then again that is a cliché XD. Also Rocco, don't just ASSUME, that you're the only one who has belonged to a group. I think everyone at the tavern has had a time where they belong to a group that has a task to go through. So yeah, your logic based on "YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GROUPS!" is invalid, especially as most of the time all of your intentions in the forum have been backstabbing.

Everyone is equal? So there are no teachers... Headmaster... Supervisors and such. Even schools have a line of power.
