Can I have my rebellion force retreat to one of the islands off the coast of America, they're told that they would not change much against the American horde and would be better used when they can get some reinforcements.

Your people have nothing to believe for, you kinda lose that boost you get with a belief. That and I think Archi has some sort of divine power in the game.

What Archi said. You can at best this turn stop the rebeliion and take like 5 or 6 provinces before your guys get tired. Then budget reset. I lose a TON of provinces, even though I can fight back, you gain a TON cause I made one simple mistake in thinking that Dusty would understand time and how long it takes soldiers to march. My original contract was more fair.
