The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
That's what you decided. You're not the moderator, even when you try to moderate. So either I have ridiculously awesome moss or decent algae research. Which one would you prefer?

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
No I didn't. What the heck is the algae group anyways? If I state I spend any money, that is from my budget surplus, which is 1% of GDP, like Doom stated. ------ If you mean the South African deal, that's with gold mined from South africa. If you mean Indonesia, that is budget surplus monies and money I made availible by cutting expenditures in other things.

(Assuming they're in a cohesive group) Jen attempts to freeze them with her polemace and make the floor icy and slippery, while auto-casting ice shards in a wide arc at them, hoping to drive them back. If she fails in freezing them and she isn't hindered, then she attempts to wash them away in a torrent of hot water. All this time, she hopes that her armor will protect her. If anyone gets too close to her, she attempts to beat them over the head with her polemace.

Now I was considering giving you Indonesia, then I remembered that you...don't exactly share the same foreign policy standpoint as me. I was using Indonesia as a defensive line, and I've already constructed...100 billion worth of defences there. Sorry. :(

Jen sees a brigard (20 brigands) off in the distance. She attempts to freeze them in solid blocks of ice with her ice staff (Idk how far they are, but probaly a few actions), while auto-firing ice shards at them.

Also I have approximately 950 tonnes of gold. Why does it say that I have none?
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Hey, why are you taking it out of me? I'm spending the money with my surplus, which is 90 billion dollars yearly. Gold is being kept as reserve, so no touchy!

Dusty is buying 5 billion dollars of gold from South Africa a year, which goes directly to aid for South Africans. Since he also sent foreign aid workers, he got a discount.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Now that massive foreign aid in the form of purchases of gold is being delivered to South Africa, I can pull out 5 billion a year that I spent and keep it as a 'just in case' sum, since frankly my budget is overstretched on projects. ------------------ Seven companies have currently formed the Japanese Conglomorate, headquartered in a secret facility. I think that he can still profit from it, with trading and whatnot.

Alright, thanks Doom. -Archi Could you imagine the irony if America became imperialistic and started taking over Europe? Then Japan would embargo oil to the United States, and then we end up with reverse Pearl Harbor.

Japan asks if the Panama Canal remains open, as it did in 2009.

Japan does not send troops in yet unless Israel sends in soldiers, but Japan warns Israel will be punished if it attacks the sovereign state of Palestine. It backs up the threat by moving 20,000 troops nearby, ready to react for any threat.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Japan (the country, not the empire) accepts the offer to join FETA. -Archi The taxes would bring the cost of the algae fuel up to that of conventional gasoline, so Americans would not feel a thing.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Except that the United States could actually tax the oil a decent amount rather than the paltry 5% it does now. :) Oh wellz, Japan maintains its interest rate on bonds which it owns. Japan controls about the same amount of debt as China.

http://dunner99.blogspot.com/2006/05/how-much-oil-does-america-import.html It is in the second paragraph. My guess wasn't too far off, 70% is from non domestic sources.

-Hopes that she's at a range- Oh well...just gotta hope that I roll a 20 and totally own them like I did Potsdell. :P

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
I thought I heard the statistic somewhere that 70% of oil consumption was imported. Anyways Dusty, how large is the Israeli army? I might come along and help if someone else helps as well.

Oh, any chance you could tell me how many she sees right now? :D

(Is a brigard one person?) Jen fires auto ice shards at the Brigard and attempts to freeze his legs and arms with her ice staff. If she succeeds, then she bashes him over the head with her polemace. If she fails, then she stays back and tries to block the brigard with her polemace. She remembers her enchanted ice armor, and feels safer.

Well if there is 0.8 for other stuff, then I must have at least 8 levels in other stuff. So take out 4 of those levels, and we're set. Jen wanders back the same path, being careful to see the pit. She has 1 or two encounters left (let's see...bear, armed mob, treasure box, pit), so one encounter. What is this encounter?

-Arch No one expects that all of America's demands are met by American companies. That's why American politicians are always talking about energy security. -Dusty What's going on in Palestine? -Rocco and Sere I think all Nuclear weapons were basically disbanded automatically when the game started, so they would have to build new ones.

Archi, I don't know what to take it out of because I don't know what skills I have. The front page is definitely outdated, as I have 11+ ice magic by now. So could you post the new stats so I can subtract? Also, how do I have enough + 1 skills for me to be able to subtract 4.0 skill points?

That's why I'm trying to pull it up and over. Besides, no other option, so I guess I have to risk it. So pwease roll on it.
