Yeah I mean look at MegaUpload based in Hong Kong and is still serving copyrighted material... oh wait...There's still the legal issues (assuming there actually are injection bots), plus the next nuke shouldn't be too far away. I don't see bots coming back, at least not like they were before.
Good luck with your legal issues if they live in some middle-african/asian country where they don't give a rats ass about internet related laws.

I think flasks would only be worth it after they drop below 2.5k (that's ~10m/hr breakoff). Assuming you can turn a two hour trip into a three hour trip.

Wiki says you heal 228LP per dose of Saradomin Brew while wearing Nex armor, so that's 1368LP per inventory slot with (6).

80734LP on one person lol. More, I think, if you counted drinking a single dose while at full health while wearing the armor.
I can't really think of a practical use for that, but the numbers are fun.
