That was always my pet peeve with RS and why I've made maybe three different accounts. My first two I got all 99s, and once that happens then I made this one and I'm working my way to 99s again. Eventually, some people are going to start getting annoyed at the cap limit and start leaving. This could turn out to be RS downfall.

Hate it when people try to donate their items to me because "supposedly" every level three is a newbie. Guess everyone's forgotten about skillers >.>
