All we're doing by being there is making the terrorists and civilians more aggressive towards us. As many people have died in the war on terrorism as have died from the 9/11 attacks and this entire war is largely because of our policies in the Middle East... Not that they can be reversed in an instant without numerous issues. Of course this is disregarding our beloved revenge... And countless other initiatives, from sheer profit to the preservation of Democracy, such as it is.

Lynx... One, anarchy is the most incredibly stupid ideal ever taken up by America. Defiance of government serves no purpose unless it's aimed at a specific change in policy... Saying everyone should be able to do WHATEVER they want would probably end in something not unlike Shadow of Chernobyl. Also, yes war is bad, but... Ask yourself how many people have died from lacking healthcare, compared to how many U.S. troops have died in Afghanistan. I don't know the exact statistics for either, but it's in the quadruple digits for the war... And quintuples for inadequate care. I also don't know to what degree Obama supports either, I'm just saying.
