To be deleted is not a quick death for a post. They'll be there long after the thread fades away. Suffering. Always suffering. Never to be seen, just preserved in agony.

Sounds like it's worth the wait to get involved in one of those. This isn't an absolute, of course, anything could happen. But Archi is pretty much responsible for the Tavern being the Tavern in the first place. He created Dungeoneering at the beginning, and Space at the end of the last era. He's been a major player in matters of the subforum, and our little community's uncontested leader. He's also supremely dedicated, at times putting on 6-hour game sessions every other day for extended periods of time. A notable portion of our playerbase is gone now, though, so things might not go quite as well.
