  1. Speaking of this, it's been a while since I posted a rl pic. [hide] [/hide] Can't tell if serious or Goon. He's serious. Can't tell if serious or Useless Former Harpy.

  3. One time a fire alarm went off while I was in afterschool choir. Our conductor didn't give a shit, and just rolled his eyes at the students until someone said they thought they smelled smoke and people started just walking out. Then he had us practice in the parking lot, which blocked the firetrucks from getting in.
  4. I want my laptop back. Then I can post that picture and everyone will love me because I'm ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS
  5. Then what was Howl's Moving Castle? Bad meth?
  6. The best kind of logic. A logic for champions. Now get rid of all the shitty anime stuff and you're good. Avatar and suff by that guy who made Spirited Away are still okay, right? And maybe a teensy bit of Gurren Lagann?
  7. The best kind of logic. A logic for champions. You're slightly less lame now because you have Canti in your signature. Now get rid of all the other shitty anime stuff and you're good.
  8. How so?
  9. One only shows a cursor when it's turned on and plays audio with no windows or programs open, the other no longer understands how to use executable files.
  10. But I might get caught up in it before I hear about anyone else with the issue. In the case of Tip.it, most of my day is hitting alt F5 on this site, and if it did somehow become a carrier I would probably get hit as well as whoever might be first. Actually, thinking about it, there is a fourth common site to some degree, a pair of unofficial wiki sites that I believe have the same hosting services. Neither is inherently malevolent, but they might have abyssmal security.
  11. The kind of attacks perpetrated on this site were not the kind that could give you a virus anyway. Unless you clicked on a link someone posted here you didn't get a virus from here. Also, luck has nothing to do with computer security. If a trusted site is hacked, then it will usually be fixed in short order. That's what makes it a trusted site. The only time I could exactly pinpoint the source of a virus was a particular page on Deviantart a few years ago. It has only happened maybe three or four times in total, and the two recent instances had ( in timing) three sites in common, one of which was Tip.it. Obviously that's not the source of either. I realize that DDoS attacks are not inherently harmful to the user of a site, but a call for a generalized attack could attract the attention of someone with the means and will to somehow attach a virus to a site. Again, I am now confident that this wasn't the cause, but no harm in verifying. And as policy I no longer click outgoing links, except to something like Youtube.
  12. Highly unlikely. What makes you think it was from here? He believes EVERY secure site is always giving him viruses. :/ There have been hacker attacks in the not-too distant past and talks of coordinated attacks. If no one else got it, it's probably not from here. The only other sites I visited were also trusted ones. If I'm paranoid, it's because this stuff can and does happen, and I have no abundance of luck with such things.
  13. Hey Star, what internet browser do you use? For that matter, the rest of FG as well. I just nuked a second computer with a virus, and it was most probably from here. =/
  14. Section: television and movies (0322) Roommates agree that Friday nights shall be reserved for watching Joss Whedon's brilliant new series Firefly.
  15. Keep on walkin' preacher man.
  16. Firefly is good.
  17. And then there were two. G'night Goon.
  18. Garth Nix is a good author. Also his name is [bleep]ing awesome.
  19. I'm sad. No one on Infrno seems the least bit interested in trying to join a Tavern game.
  20. Why do you need to finish it? Some sort of book report? If so, may I say; FANTABULOUS choice.
  21. Mildly interesting, then.
  22. That art is only mildly okay, and if she's holding an apple then it should be Ringo.
  23. Are you surprised? Honestly? This message board is popular. Not THAT popular, generally.
  24. On the MAIN forum page, not here. Though this might as well be.
