"Book on Baxtorian". Read it and talk with Hadley again. That's a small quote from the Walkthrough. Saying you MUST read it in that line might be a help. Re-Stating it on the line of the walkthrough about finding the key itself would be a help: (note: You MUST have read the Book on Baxtorian to obtain the key from the crates.) Again, I spent around 10-15 minutes figuring that out on the quest XD. In short, it's not explicit enough.

SC picks are rarely ever worth it. You usually receive about 1/2-2/3 the xp/hour you would normally get if you used a rune pick, and the deficit would be even larger if you were to use a dragon pick. SC Picks are decently fast, 100% free, and are 40k extra experience before the degrade, making them an alternative to a rune pickaxe. D Pick (imo) isn't worth it till you have ~90 Mining, however, D Pick is also highly effecient at all levels (at which it can be used =P)

I'd prefer the old wildy system to the current one anyday. I'm sure there's still honor pk'ers out there who wouldn't attack a clue scroller or somebody on a slayer task. Also, it would eliminate Afk Ep'ers a fair deal, as said above.

I use Bandos for Melee (in rateds) When I'm fighting lower levels, I use Zamorak so they have a chance. I also enjoy using Saradomin for a silly game. ...=D

Well, there a few things that MAKE you money even if you buy the nature runes: Air Battlestaves White Chainbodies Other things with minimal loss: Rune daggers (plain, no poison at all) Maple longbow (u) Yew longbow (u) Adamant platebodies

It's been proven to be 15% faster, yes. You could also use Sacred Clay Pickaxes for a while, too.

One small thing I noticed on the guide for Waterfall quest was the Book of Baxtorian / Finding the key part. I think it'd be helpful to note you HAVE to open the "read" option on the book to find the key or it won't work. I personally took a few minutes before realizing this and if others did too, it might just be a helpful little tip.
