I always set a ton of goals when I reach 98 in a skill. Then I rush to get 99 so I can start working on the new exciting goals. So set other goals when you reach 98, make sure they are fairly short though.

Or get a slayer ring, teleport right next to final room, step in and kill boss. ;) Took me about 3min when I did this a couple months ago.

For a while it was the price floor Jagex put on them that kept them so high. Their price right now seems correct to me.

Nasturtiums definitely. You should still use supercompost for watermelons so you get more yield though.
