My guess is between herblore slayer and summoning. Why herblore? Because it's so expensive to train I betcha they'd get another one done if they had the mass amounts of money needed to get the herblore cape.

Is it possible to use evil Dave's stew to up my crafting level to complete the quest or do I really need to get my crafting level up to 61? It's the only skill requirement I do not have.
