Hello all, I happen to be very good friends with Gaga here and have been trying to help him out through this nonsense he's been enduring. I'm a real-life private investigator and I've been hired by Gaga to try to get to the bottom of this matter, as this extends beyond a simple case of "RuneScape Account Hacking". Banking/billing information has been compromised here and we are trying to gather information for the local police department. As a former RuneScape player myself I can understand the annoyance and heartache of going through having a game account taken from you because of someone else's malicious greed at a computer screen. And I suppose that, yes, it's easy enough to read this and go "hmmm, doesn't affect my life, LOL @ you". I am contractually bound not to reveal particulars, but I can say with confidence that we have obtained information that links the thief with criminal activities and I would like to appeal to what appears to be a very, very large RuneScape community to please come forward with any information you may have on this, no matter how trivial you may seem it is. I'm assuming I have a PM inbox on this site; as soon as I figure out how to navigate it I'll wait there for any private messages. Thanks for your time. No, I don't see any fault here. I follow all the rules. I thought i've done pretty good on that part. I have never used my runescape name anywhere but runescape.com. What would you do if you see the message invalid password? I'm thinking you would click: "Recover A Stolen Password." I would click my antivirus software first.
