No...just no. Zarfot was a monster this Foot guy is just a wannabe... Nah http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/7237/zarfotb.jpg What were you saying? Lol that doesn't mean anything, if anything it just shows how much he has left to do. I'm all for efficiency but lets not make him our king just yet.

It's all on different perspectives. However with the rules in place now, it seems like jagex gives coins no value in time or xp thus them being trade-able. But there other rules of "no afking", and "account sharing" show there value in xp acquired and thus "more time" (in the sense of playing per day). One could than argue that there against botting, even with the bots that gain no xp but only goldfarm. But I think thats more to do with the real life cash being taken out of there pockets than the morality of the game (especially with the leniency toward botting now adays).

I think Mihaly is Oscar, or well according to his RSN he is.

He mostly follows Vex's effigy slayer list that vex posted in his effigyscape thread, but sumoi also does other tasks that he "feels like doing." So those tasks are probably some combination of profit, effigies, and slayer points. He probably doesn't worry too much about charms since he will have a lot of melee xp left are 200m slayer. Those task lists numbers were grossly inaccurate. The NPCs were correct for the most part with the maximum lists. But the optimal list was far off. I have made several changes to the model since then and have had some help from people over on Aasiwat's forums with the data. So far I have 103 of Viv's tasks and 198 of Elessar's task with no blocks, but this sample size is still too small to accurately predict the probability of assignment. My formulas for calculating the expected number of each NPC killed are solid, but the problem comes down to the data. Since I don't play, I can't test my self and that means I rely on others so the going is slow. As of now there isn't much I can do. I will edit the look of the model and make it user friendly so that people wondering about what tasks they want to do can play around with it, but the out put numbers will still be scaled quite far off until the probability of assignment becomes more accurate through larger samples. I dont understand the no blocking why not still cancel just record the tasks u cancel it wouldnt be any different then doing the task then getting new 1 afterword to just figure out the frequency of getting tasks assigned or w/e just write down each slayer monster kuradel can assign u and write the number +1 everytime she assigns that task weather u cancel it or not so she assigns ice strykes put 1 next to it she assigns that again but a 2 next to it and erase the 1 regardless of if u do it or not Because the whole point of gathering data of this is so the 5 MOST frequent tasks which you do not want to do are blocked, this way you attain more slayer points on blocking and skipping the same amount of tasks. If you are to do this however with blocking certain tasks, than basically you are only going to get the frequency of the tasks that are not blocked not for all the slayer monsters itself. The frequency is meant to be for all slayer monsters, as gathering for some slayer monsters would not serve any purpose. Also we can not be sure that by blocking slayer monster X it will make slayer monster Y be more frequently assigned than slayer monster Z, as compared to before where slayer monster X was not blocked, and slayer monster Z was assigned more than Y. Now that might not seem likely, but in like most other math, assumptions are not something favorably used. Hope that explains why, and also next time try to communicate your message a bit better, it was almost like deciphering a puzzle lol.

They would probably get rank 1 in all minigames then quit You do realise that that is physically impossible, right? All you need is for the current leaders to be perm banned and be off hiscores... Obviously they bot duel tournaments because its impossible to get ranks that high without playing 25 hours/day or botting. EDIT: and jagex need to bring back bounty hunter but that is a minor problem. Well not really botted the highscores, more like had their own personal tournaments for the intent of getting duel arena rank, the money, or just the enjoyment of competing in tournaments. All the other activities would just take a while to climb to rank 1, and the activity highscores for the activities that don't exist anymore, jagex has said they will incorporate them in the future in the form of another activity. But I assume this proccess of getting rank 1 in activities would take longer than 200m in all skills itself.

That's a lot of judging and stating your own opinions as fact. Especially from someone who usually is the target of it, thought at least you'd know better.

They should either take a strong stance against it or cut the gold sellers out by selling gold themselves at no risk for the buyers. Their soft position on the matter is not helping their image. Well if anything their position is getting softer imo, I don't know how many of you know this but recently in a hidden update jagex now "allows reinstatement" for banned account for a certain sum of cash (cash varying for each account apparently). Lol this is a joke

And 100m fishing :P, beast.

You should check out Lagoto Pro's slayer log on rs forums. He has done extent research and attempted to cancel and block tasks to get the best effigy rates along with slayer xp. Last time I had checked he had an effigy rate of 1 to 89k slayer xp for over 10m xp if I remember correctly.

I agree for the most part as its your opinion except for the part where it says that zarfot used his youtube subscribers, and don't say because of the dragonstone video because that would just be ignorant. The one vid I saw by him that I thought had an alterior motive was his 'money making guide' on making raw summer pies, which just happen to be one of the best ways to 200m cook and very difficult to buy on ge. But even if he did make that vid to make raw pies easier to get, it actually was a legit way to make money and prob helped some people out. Nothing like all the youtubers that ask for donations, or 76ks, or divines for med price or w/e. Well its more likely to see alterior motives in competition, but I believe that even if he had any, he also knew that with such small outlet of people (subscribers, even less back than) it would not make a noticable difference. Plus if I remember correctly in that video he says you can make it to sell for a profit, or you can cook it using the bake pie spell to get good magic and cooking xp.

Very presumptuous. At university free time is governed more by what degree you're undertaking, which university you're at and where it is rather than how well you utilize your time , and how organized and time conscientious you are. For example, an engineering degree would take up more time and be more demanding than a business degree. So too would a 3 year degree rather than its 4 year counterpart. I acknowledge that you mentioned in your experience, but there are different high school programs. One could do a high school diploma or equivalency or A levels or IB, etc etc. As above posters have said, in high school the day ends at 3, you can do most of the work while afking, and going to bed at 9, 10, or 11 is still good. At university and even during a career such a schedule could not be kept. When it comes to the top players in experience I guess what they've achieved is due to: (1) either they don't go to school or work or (2) if they do go to school then its a relatively (key word) easy program or (3) if they work then they have a job which allows them to play on the job or not require them to bring their work home with them. Well I do have to disagree to a portion of this. This is because I believe free time is not a major correlation with degree, and university. This is because in general no matter what people believe most university degree programs are similar in workload at other universities, there might be differences, but the major ones are just from social stigma. Also the degree I say this because it really matters how easily you understand the concept, and how easy it is for you to learn new information. I say this because I myself am in a very demanding program as many would see (biomedical sciences), however I can still study last minute and do well on the examinations. I however am terrible at spending my time wisely so its more of I have to, but I know a handful of people who can also do this, and some who can do this along with managing there time. As for the part of highschool, I myself never bothered to be in the IB program, but I had friends who were. In university the difference is you make your own schedule, i'm assuming your in university also or have some understandings about it. So you should know that not many of the classes are mandatory to go to, and if you sum up the total time of all classes and compare it to strict eight hours days you should have an excess of time left. In fact almost none of the classes are mandatory since the majority of the information to do well in an examination are in a textbook, despite what others might say (I have done pretty well from relying on textbooks alone, so I dismiss the people saying its not possible to do well without attending classes as it is, just a bit more tedious). The players I won't disagree since it may be right (I only know a handful of the top players and that is also from information given by others not themselves), but it also seems highly presumptuous as well, especially the easy program.

Well as a university student to be techincal, 6-8 hours a day is more than enough to be sufficient for his college needs. It's a lot harder for people that are still in highschool to understand from what i've noticed and self experience, one might say university is harder (personal opinion) but in reality you have more free time if you use your time wisely. Since i'm in a very heavy study oriented program and still feel this way, I can only imagine for him it comes even easier, especially with his preference of making the best of his time.

You don't consider it a crash when someone comes to your exact spot, sets a cannon right beside yours, and flames you in the process? Cool story. Forgot the "bro" on the cool story...bro. Also in a matter of fact no I don't, though I should clear that up since it seems like you had to repeat the sentence to understand my "opinion". Cool story bro.
-
Lol there might not be a polite way to crash, but there is a sense of a more decent way. Plus I don't even consider him crashing, I just considered what he said to not be appropriate to the scenario if what Mak said was write. I'm not saying that as a statement but more of as personal opinion.
-
Lol but without disturbing the church of Drumgun, your "statement" is no more than an opinion :)
-
Lol, that guy crashed me at Abberant spectres and then went on to say L2Slay. Complete idiot IMO. The room is big enough so a"noob" without a cannon like you can move :-) Are you illiterate or just dumb? Obviously if I said crashing it means I used a cannon too. He set up his cannon like 3 squares away from mine, his intention was to crash me. I asked him nicely to hop and he responded "rofl noob l2slay". I was like wtf? He's crashing me and then tells me to learn to slay when he's the one acting like a complete troll/noob. Yeah I think its fine if he choose not to hop worlds, but he doesn't necessarily have to be rude about it.
-
That's just it. Because of his lesser playing time, His efficiency helped him. I eat meat everyday, you obnoxious self relevant troll. Just because you don't do something doesn't mean others don't either, please get an education.
-
And Drumgun has just now achieved 200m range! I think I read somewhere he'l be going for 200m fletch now? lol
-
real shame he couldnt have done just 10 more effigys to get the rc 1 day record, or 30 more for the week Yea, was running out of bank space. Really had to use them. and I dont think Runecrafting will be more than 60k/h even with free trade out. so thats why I used them of Runecrafting instead of agility or even slayer. Edit: I used 134 Effigys :-P Lol whoops guess I can't use a calculator ^.^, telmo do you plan on stopping at 50m slayer, or keep going until 200m strength (or some other plans lol)?
-
Telmo just unloaded 168 effigies, on runecrafting. Interesting to see he choose rc, instead of agility (because of the free trade update).
-
S U O M I, just got 200m magic and now is starting to do crafting, i'm hoping to see epic gains in crafting from him.
-
It'l be interesting to see telmomarques use all his effigies at once, i'm wondering how much he has by now. Even though I haven't checked his adventure log, i've seen that he has been doing slayer for the past couple of days and hasn't used any effigy. I'm going to make a random prediction and say when he uses it, he's going to get around 2-3m runecrafting xp.
-
Lol yeah x helchild x had some pretty impressive moments imo. It was sad to see him leave, he always had such nice guides :)
-
Hows X Helchild X in that list lol? He played from 2001-2010 and has 433m total xp, is that efficient? You obviously haven't learnt what efficiency really is, even after all that e-drama a few pages back. But i'm guessing helchild plays very little per day but makes the most of it. I hope your not getting confused with xp per time, its XP/PLAY TIME hope that clears it up. Plus x helchild x did most of the slow skills that got a boost in xp closer to nowadays, he did most of the faster skills back in the old school days, which have changed in xp I will add, but not as drastically as the slower skills.
