As far as i understand mage void only increases accuracy of magic attacks, and with the barrows brothers extremely low magic defense its really not needed. I think you would be better off wearing the guthan's armor pieces and bringing extra sharks or dragonhide to wear against karil.

With 99 defense and 68+ summoning you shouldn't need to use pro melee if you are using piety + bunyip. I have been training there for quite a while with 90 def, bunyip, piety, and full elite void and i rarely drop below 3/4 health and EE spec usually covers my healing. I have died a time or two when my bunyip ran out and i didn't realize it so bunyip is a must.
