Can Drumgun reach 200M WC before anyone catches up to him with 8 skills at 200M? There are currently 4 players with 7 skills at 200M. I'm pretty sure Paperbag will get another 200M before Drumgun gets WC, Telmomarques... depends on how fast he gets to 50M slayer, Jdelacroix is focusing on dungeon these days and I don't see him maxing another skill shortly, Suomi could go all out on crafting, but it would lock a 2nd effigy combo for him and would hurt him in the long run. Well Drum needs about 98.3m more wc xp, and Suomi is slaying and I don't know why he isn't Crafting.

Hmm.. Suomi's only slayed today so far. Also, looks like Drumgun picked up serious xp gains again, last days he got 1.3m wc exp daily :P

suomi is a kind of phenomenom. you actually get your exp only updated when you log out, he plays and at the end of the day he logs out, then you can wonder how he got 4 mil exp in 10 seconds. its just not updating as he stays online There's also a 6 hour timer logout, meaning his XP is added at least every 6 hours. Unless I'm mistaken... That's why I was confused, and according to Runetrack top players always take little breaks.. i.e Telmomarques has 800k str exp gained and 2 hours later around 900k.. people normally do logout frequently, even suomi, looking at his normal days. Or he has a rest day :P

Sigh such a bad post on so many levels. xpx addressed many of the issues, but anyway... Very few people had party hat sets back then, let alone today - if they're still active which 99% aren't going to be. People could have never predicted the way party hats stormed up in value over the years, and even if they did why would they cash in now if they've already held them for 8 years? The market on phats hasn't always been the way it is in it's present state (risen for past 1.5+ years). I'm sure people get impulsive to sell in these types of scenarios. You tell of people suddenly becoming rich, well not suddenly, afterall they've held onto these items for 8 years. What about the present state of the RS economy? People in merch clans tripling their wealth in 2 months (and over...and over), I think there's a lot more substance there to complain about then people who 'with luck' have accumulated wealth 8 years down the road. ---------------------------------------------------- Exp rates, I'm only going to touch on prayer but you could easily make an argument for all the skills. I was the 6th to 99 prayer, I trained prayer at the alarming rate of 4k/hr at green dragons which was the best at the time with burying as the only option. I got 99 prayer 1 year and 3 months later (from 70), *after training prayer only* and melee skills of course killing dragons to get the bones. Fast forward to today, Telmo got 22M prayer exp in one day. That essentially means he erased what took me over a year in a little more then half a day. No matter how extreme of an example that is, there's no possible way to despute the fact that old schoolers have been shafted and cannot possibly be viewed as efficient based on today's standards from the numerical list Mod Mat K posted (BTW I'm 490 on the list). Hows X Helchild X in that list lol? He played from 2001-2010 and has 433m total xp, is that efficient? You obviously haven't learnt what efficiency really is, even after all that e-drama a few pages back. But i'm guessing helchild plays very little per day but makes the most of it. most efficient players in terms of Xp/Time

Telmo's grinding is sick.. Does he never burn out or something, seems like he does same or more hours a day as Drumgun, 20 actually for Telmo?.

I jog for an hour straight, train Badminton 4 days a week, go to the gym close to each day for 2-3 hours, + 3,5 hours of biking to school in total each day. And I feel 10x better then I would if I did not. 10 hours of playing soccer is more healthy then 10 hours of gaming. The problem is that it is non of your business what others like to do. If someone likes soccer then fine, but if I like to play runescape for 20h a day then you have no rights to say I am wasting my life. It is my life and what ever I do with it I do it for myself. If I like runescape then I play it, thats it. What you are doing is just making 100 posts saying that what one likes is wrong. Who cares what you think? For some, soccer is a pointless game where 10 grown up men run towards one ball. Opinions are different. I hope you shut up now and stop killing this thread. And okay fair enough with calling soccer healthy, but I don't see why runescape is such a bad addiction, I'd rather be addicted to that than drugs. That's 100% true, but still. And I feel 10x better then I would if I did not. Damn, you should try that. Swap those 10 hours of gaming for 10 hours of being active. 10 hours of playing soccer is more healthy then 10 hours of gaming.

Teamed: And for my previous statement, I was ment to say if people doesn't want to MAKE a family or are not intrested about being in relationship.. Didn't mean to say about not caring current family (parents or so) or being not intrested in girls.. And yes. There are such as people like that. Not to mention some comments ruinned the thread in my opinion, it comes without saying that reaching 200m in all skills will require a lot of gametime. But does it really mean that the person who does it will be the sterotypical obesse no lifer? Really comments like: Bothered me, you can still have plenty of time in the day to do other things while still playing 10 hours a day, assuming you don't have a job. In some instances you could even play runescape while doing your "job" or whatever you do to provide income, and in cases like Drumgun where he can't do certain things because of his disability. I think playing runescape is a perfectly fine thing to do. Not that I do play 10 hours a day, but if someone wants to I really think we should just let them, its thier life and I enjoy reading about it. That doesn't take away it's an addiction.
