  1. Congratulationssss :D :D :D 98 Herblore DIY  Amaaaazing :P Now go get 99 :shades: And btw, how do you get supercompost? Assuming you use it :o?
  2. *Gets smothered by ton of overloads* Lol, go make someee
  3. Good luck on going DIY :) Personally I used up all my cash on Prayer/Herblore, but it would be fine if you kept a million or so in MTK, so you don't start so slow :P It's quite easy to get cash really, after 2 tasks of slayer and a bit of camping at Abyssals, I had 300k worth of alchable stuff :) And also, to hell with the kalphites task, they don't give me anything interesting, I can't cannon and I can't solo the KQ...Meh.
  4. Why thank you :P Finished off those 109 Iron drags, absolutely zilch in terms on an interesting item :P Next task is 238 Kalphites, bleugh, can't be bothered to do them yet, so headed off to my current hobby - Gold mining  Now I'm thinking crazy thoughts about crafting runes and going to Rock Lobbies with ice burst...Hmmmm EDIT: To hell with this, I've got some Dungeoneering to do !!!!
  5. Looks like you found something to do pretty fast  Congratz on 84 Hunter :)
  6. I started rather slowly, just turned all ma items into cash and used on Prayer/Herblore. Then I cut yew trees and made them into yew longbows so I could afford basic armour like Proselyte and a dragon scimmy from ape atoll. Since then it just gets faster and faster. If you're not sure about going DIY, sell your items, but invest all your money in items, so you can go back to your normal playing way whenever, if you get bored of DIY. Good luck :D *** Done a Fire giant slayer task recently, bit of cash from alching rune items from that. Next up 109 Iron dragons! Decided to use my small stack of runes on this and killed 50+ dragons with fire bolt lol  Ran short on antifire potions so I went on a few trips to my friends, the Chaos Druids, in the Edgeville dungeon. Didn't realise there was a ranarr spawn in there lol, so now I have 50 prayer potions (4)... Hehe.
  7. Indeed, I have antifire pots, just need a few more runes and I might go kill some metal dragons :) 23/01/11 The date of my first ever Abyssal Whip drop :D WOOOHOOOO Uploaded with ImageShack.us I was wielding a lent whip at this point, a friend I was fighting at Clan wars lent it to me to get my own :shades:
  8. Got these about 53 kills in, stayed for another 30 kills before I got bored and left lol, oh, and a clue scroll :) Camping at Abyssal demons now, got a dragon spear so far, first one ever :o
  9. Lol, good luck with all that  Sure you'll get it done ;)
  10. I'm not really sure why I went to Barrows first, mainly because I just felt like it lol, turned out to get lucky :shades: As for pictures, I just figured out how to post them lol, so expect some more  My current Best of Bank, pretty hawt right? Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  11. Why not play some fun minigames, like Conquest or Castle Wars for a bit, while you're playing I always end up thinking of something to do  Or go Dungeoneering \:D/
  12. Nice :) And how dare you think me a noob *sniff* *sniff* The run after the Karils top, I go back for another run, and got AHRIM'S ROBETOP  Melee armour now, pl0x :D?
  13. Maybe lol, but my POH has the stuff I need at the moment, teles to Kharyll, Ardy and Varrock, plus Gilded altar :P And some other stoof like 2 glories  And guess whaaaaat ??? I got Karils leathertop at Barrows on my 7th run   I'll post a piccy of it tomorrow, gotta go now. Should be useful for some slayer tasks in the future
  14. Been barrowing a bit :) No items to report on yet  Five chest loots so far, welfare style.
  15. I plan on sticking to it for as long as I can, but it's pretty fun and I'll try to stick to it foreverrrrr  But I might occasionally buy a few items, not for awhile I hope though <_<
  16. Very nice, I shall be watching you like a hawk, perhaps
  17. Thanks Itam, you've pretty much done that, so whatever you can do, I might be able to..Maybe...With some luck
  18. I started off my DIY career by making some money with alching, going to spirit mages for Drag boots, and dying due to lag, lol  Thank god for graves
  19. Indeed, had a rather bad day today lol  Was going well, I got my Dragon Scimitar, proselyte and other items. Then, off I go to God Wars, welfare gear style  Uploaded with ImageShack.us So then, about 50 Spiritual Mages in, I d'ced and died... Got back to my grave, so it's all fine lol.

  21. ~~~Welcome to Kabe's Blog of DIY-ness~~~ I've been playing Runescape since somewhere in 2005, I reckon, maybe earlier/later. Recently decided to become DIY (Do it yourself) as the idea of self sustainance is more interesting than living at the GE  *I restarted this blog on the 21/03/2011, which practically meant deleting everything :)* [spoiler=Goals]###THE GOALS### ---SKILL GOALS--- 95 Prayer (92/95) 85 Dungeoneering (68/85) 90 Crafting (76/90) 96 Summoning (83/96) 92 Firemaking (85/92) 94 Herblore (78/92) 80+ All skills ---ITEM GOALS--- Amulet of Fury (_) Bandos Tassets (_) Chaotic Rapier (_)
  22. Very nice  You inspired me to go DIY lol, although I've done it much easier by just selling all my stuff and buying 92 Prayer  Carry on, get more stuffses
  23. Currently Dungeoneering, level 49 currently  Won't be getting membership for at least another 3 weeks, cause I'll be in America on holiday
  24. Welcome to this Thread :D I'm currently F2P in Runescape, but I hope to rectify that soon ;) I've been playing for years, since about 2005, and my account isn't known for sticking to a skill, with the Untrimmed fletching cape of DOOM! (More on that later) I'll put my stats in my siggy later on, can't be bothered at the moment ;-) I'm worth about 90m in items/cash, but I'm gonna chuck this into 92 Prayer and Herblore. Yay. One goal I have is to get as high as combat as possible without trimming that beastly Fletching cape. Yes, 137 combat, here I come. I hope. Onto the list of stuff I have to do, feel free to suggest your own things, if I find them sensible (Not requiring lots of hard work :-D) I'll put them in this huge list. ~~~TO DO LIST~~~ 1). Get Membership :-P 2). Get my Kingdom back in shape. 3). Spy on Penguins/Tears of Guthix weekly. 4). Using my 81m cash, buy 92 Prayer. 5). Get some Dungeoneering done. 85 is my final goal for Dung. 6). Get 98 Woodcutting 7). Need a Chaotic rapier by now, so I can train Strength. 8). Go Slaying to earn money for armour. 9). Train Strength to 98. 10). That will be all until I start achieving something :-P
