i think when he says he doesn't use the exchange he means he doesn't trade with players for items unless completely necessary. op: if you can't use the abyssal titan like stated above just take all the pouches for rcing u can use at your lvl and use magic guild.

Sell the bars and use that money to train with green d'hide bodies if you want to train crafting. Best bet for anything is to sell them though.
