Flawless Theory. What if you level up. I was using gloves at 90 magic leveled up to 91 what does that mean? If you level up to 91, you will now be getting 9100 xp per charge instead of the 9000 you were at level 90. As your skill levels up, so does the exp you recieve. Also, I think that the constitution exp is seperated from the exp for the skill your using. Like it has it's own exp table, its not taking off the exp for the skill. If that makes sense :P

From what i have been reading on other fourms, 1% of the charges are used per 100*your level. Meaning, if your skill level is 90, you will be getting 9000 exp per 1% charge. So your will recieve 900k xp until no charges remain. (9100 xp at 91, 9200 xp at 92, etc.)
