Assuming they can hack into jagex and get your account info, why would they bother with 20mil. 20mil isn't alot of money, if hacking into multiple accounts will draw attention to the hacker, it would be a much better idea if he just hacked into 1 account with alot of money. To be honest, there are 3 options: 1. your friend isn't as clever as you make him out to be 2. the hacker can really hack into jagex 3. the hacker is bluffing If it is 1, make your own account secure. Change pin and password, scan your computer etc etc. If it is 2, nothing you can do. You loser either way so you might as well pray the hacker is bluffing. And another thing, you said the 'hacker' knew one of you. It wouldn't be difficult to put a keylogger on someone's computer if they trust you. P.S there is a 'multiquote' button for a reason. I probably know little to nothing about computers compared to your friend you're talking about but it sounds like he has troubles keeping his account secure. No computer knowledge can assure you 100% protection if you don't learn how to keep your mouth shut from telling vital information to anyone about your account. Don't use easy to guess passwords, linked passwords, update and scan antiviruses regularly, and keep recovery questions obscured. Plain and simple. Anyone who has enough common sense can do all this and never get hacked once. Maybe your friend just had none of it. :rolleyes: Mate,he had all of them,and no one had a reason to hack you....

Btw they can hack into jegex and look for the account details there.and items such as phats money and rares arnt stored on a network,lol,there isnt a place that has like 10b of every item in rs in a folder or something like that,those are created by codes or something like that,I think.

Okay,a friend of mine has been hacked by a guy saying he has hacked many accounts.and my friend knows a lot about computers and all that,so he didn't click on a phising website,he didn't have a keylogger or anything like that,and he has antispyware,everything people have been saying help you not to get hacked.And he also had a bank pin,but they got past that. So I was thinking about that,and another friend said that people hack into jegex database and hack your account from there,is this true or not? And I also have picturs that show my friends wealth,and pictures that have the guy saying he will hack all of us,if we don't give him 20m,would these help my friend? Sonic,I have the same problem as you,but worse:P my lowest lvls are prayer,runecrafting and dung,I just don't enjoy runecrafting and dung ATM,I used to like them,and prayer,I just don't want to fork out that much gp yet:D

Who is the player? I agree You all say that if you get 200m slayer you would get close to 200m in all combat stats including magic,so if you have 200m in all skills,except dung fletch and magic, surly if you are doing efficient methods with training magic with other skills like fishing smithing ect you would have 200m magic and it would take 0 extra hours to max magic Correct me if I am wrong?

@little bug I only used coal as a example,I know they won't sell a 200 and buy at 193,it's was just easier to use this numbers :)

Lol yeah I know,I thought I'd mention it cuz no one else did,most people leave it at 1,999,999,999xp when there near this milestone :)

Let's say you buy coal,you put in a offer for +10% and note down what it buys at let's just say it buys at 200gp, Then you sell the coal you just brought for -10% and not down the sell price,let's say 193 (I know they may or may not be the actually prices,I'm just making it simple to understand) You brought the coal for:200---------that will be your selling price. And you sold it for:193----------------that will be your buying price So now you start the flip, You start of with a small buy amount,let's say you buy 5k coal for 193(you can buy 1gp over to get them faster) you wait a couple of mins and they all buy,then you sell them for 200gp(you can sell them 1gp under to make them sell faster) Then if that works,you should buy the max limit for buying coal of the ge,witch is 25k(like with all ores) buy and 193-194gp wait a couple of mins and once they buy sell them for 200gp and then u make profit and repeat. I only wrote this of the top of my head,there is alot more to know about flip merching,you should read some guides/look at some videos.but the more you practise flip merching the better you will get,as I said there's alot more to know. And don't use the example I used,it was only a example to show you what the basics are.Also alot of merchers use coal,so it would be best if you try to find another item,but coal is good to start of with :) Also,when you are picking a item it is best to pick a stable item,you can tell if the yellow line and blue line(average) on the 30 day graph are not all over the place,If you get what I mean??
