best way i found is super heating gold ore with gauntlets its 100kxp an hour with bout 100k magic xp but if u buy the ore it can split ur bank but save u money wen u craft them into item like bracelets u dont lose to much money

ive dryed maging steel and iron and have lost 2m of rune each time to me doesnt seem worth is and my xp rate was more like 120k an hour was best xp ive ever done but for cash was really bad

iv also found that being on the luner spell book using cath and fish guild tele and explorers ring aswell as using super compost spell and cure spell is a good way to save inven slots for picking hers iv always done the highest herbs i can and the luner spell book has saved me time and made it more convenient

i still prefer rc as the bast cash avenue for players who's combat is between 70-100 as laws deaths and bloods still give an insane profit per an hour but this is only coming from someone with 65rc

yes tele block does affect ex3 ring but i wouldn't recommend it for pking as teletabs are a faster escape and i think are more successful
