As mentioned above, do sit-ups. 100 every two nights, then a light jog for about half and hour, giving your muscles a chance to rest inbetween the two nights. No rests during the jog, remember. :shame:

 

 

 

Do this for 6 months max, and you'll have your 6-pack. Easy when you think about it. :D Remember, do the sit-ups before the jog, and before all exercise, warm up. If possible, buy dumbells from York Fitness. There's an exercise programme included in the box, and there's many more exercises you can do with them than other equipment.

[Poems about global warming/climate]

so we're having a day dedicated to the global warming process and what can be done to postpone it.

 

 

 

Our biology group has a big role during the day and everybody in our group were given a few tasks.

 

 

 

So im wondering if any of you guys could recommend me a poem about the global warming or our climate. Yes I know I could just search on google or something, but im looking for something that people will like and really think about global warming. So any of u readers out there, post away :)

Don't know why, in my school (in Finland) they arn't making such a big deal about it. More Eurovision. BOO. I want either America, Norway, Finland or Italy to win. The first three are the only ones who have a chance. I don't want Sweden to win. (Along with the rest of Finland, t-roach definately knows what I mean.)
