  1. and remember cardio :))

bicycling, running, jump rope, stuff like that. Very important. For example when u body build--> ur muscles get bigger --> if u dont train ur heart as well ur heart isnt going to pump enough blood (oxygen) into ur muscles ---> ur a lot weaker than u what u look like.

  2. bodybuilding consists of 3 parts

    training

    sleeping

    eating

diet is definitely the most important part, with sleep coming in 2nd.

if u just started bodybuilding, i recommend the 5x5 program or rippetoes.

    clicky

heres a very basic guide for u :)

as for my, ive been bodybuilding for about 2 years now

    weight 58->80 fat% around 8-10

    bench 35 kg (77lbs)-->115lg (253lbs)

and thats decline bench, propably even more on flat bench..

    bicep grown around 9cm

u can check some pics at bodyspace bodybuilding

need to update them though :)

  3.

well imo they're not the best 1s but they totally own the shoes u told u have. and yes, meaning they're expensive really tells a lot about u. u have good taste, ur not poor, and besides, some of the shoe wearers dont care what the brand or name is. if it looks good, and they feel good, and ur ready to pay good money for it, "just do it" ;>

So many contradictions, do you even think before you type?

So only designer shoes are good? They're DESIGNER shoes because it's only for name stamped there. A huge chunk of the premium you're paying for is for the name alone.

And you do know my Merrell shoes are as expensive as the one you 'just bought' right? Just because it's Merrell, it's poor? Ok then.

But don't worry, corporations love people that think like you. :)

sorry, english isnt my first language, and im in a hurry. busy life unlike u ;)

jesus, after typing in merrel on google and checking the images, im done debating with a typical nolife

  5.

    i'd like 2 see yours

You don't think it looks like crap?

    edit:

I have 3 pairs of shoes that I'd consider 'expensive' because they cost me over $100

A pair of hiking shoes from Merrell

A pair of formal shoes from Dockers

A pair of formal hiking shoes from Columbia

And yet my favourite pair of shoes are $50 white Nike shoes that I've been looking everywhere for replacements. Just because they're expensive doesn't mean bleep.

My friends paid over $100 for those expensive titled Nike shoes and they look like crap  The only thing they're paying for is the name. It's so sad.

well imo they're not the best 1s but they totally own the shoes u told u have. and yes, meaning they're expensive really tells a lot about u. u have good taste, ur not poor, and besides, some of the shoe wearers dont care what the brand or name is. if it looks good, and they feel good, and ur ready to pay good money for it, "just do it" ;>

and u told us u think ur friends nike shoes look like crap. plz post a pic of them, and then post a pic of what u think looks like a good CASUAL FREE TIME shoe.

  7. I know I'm really late, but I just watched "Saw", and dam, what an impact!

That was simply the best thriller I've seen, even better than one of my all time fave "Scream". I mean how people can go crazy... this is really scary, and the ending was so shocking. If you haven't seen this movie, and you're over 13+, I recomment you this superb movie. I mean hell...

    u live in the philippines?

  8. As everyone has said, lift weights to gain weight and eat properly.

But don't ever neglect your cardio, it's very important, and much more important i'd say than gaining 10 pounds at your age.

    true

small muscles + working out properly /eating ---> bigger muscles= more oxygen needs than b4

  9.

What does going to a rich school or having a car have to do with benching?

I take a bus ride 30 minutes to the nearest gym every alternate day to work out. My school has a gym, but all 5 Polytechnic Institutes in Singapore have them.

It's usually only rich schools that have weight rooms and such. Our converted department store excuse for a school isn't exactly up to those standards. But that's where I figure most people learned how much they could bench from. My city really doesn't have public transportation, what does exist, doesn't come near where I live.

I wish in America you could walk EVERYWHERE like here in Guinea.

why do u have to work out at ur school? i go to a public gym, jog there in about 10 minutes, good warm up.

  10. Is this a topic to post your 1RM?(1 Rep Max?). If so I have no idea.
