Miss Slay xx

I'm going for 99 slayer and i need the best weapon but i can't really stop right now to get 80 dung for the rapier, so i thought i'd attach a whip vine to my abyssal whip. :P Has any of you tried it? Is it good? Atleast little better than the normal whip? And will the price go down even more? I heard it's around 4m street price now, is that true?

I'm not really sure if slayer alone would have been enough charms for 99. I've had 99 summoning since around 90 slayer or so because I camped waterfiends in the ancient cavern for a bit, bursted rock lobs for a few thousand crimsons, then I camped waterfiends in the chaos tunnels for a long time after I got 95 summoning. I'll take that as a no. :P
