For Glacors I just switched from a setup similar to yours to: Ahrim's Hood Arcane Stream Necklace Ahrim's Robe Top Ahrim's Robe Skirt Infinity Boots Armadyl Battlestaff Celestial Surgebox Ring of Wealth Barrows Gloves. The main idea being maxing mage offense as far as possible within budget, while bringing the Staff of Armadyl into the mix. Switch between fire surge for the main Glacor and SoA for the minions. Offensive familiar on sapping, spam scrolls while SoAing Enduring. If your timing and hits are good then they'll both be dead just as Unstable specs for the first time, leaving you to cast SoA once on it to k0 before changing back to Fire Surge for the Glacor. If you need a Titan for healing then SoA alone should still be significantly faster than Rapier. I don't bother to lure the minions or Glacor (except Enduring, luring as far away as possible without missing SoA casts), however you still might want to try this quickly to save HP as you don't have SS. Doing the above increased my kill rate from 30-35/hour to 55-60/hour. I'm sure this method would benefit you KPH wise but at a slightly higher cost.
